Very enjoyable, would stay there again. Very good location for the cruise port
Pros:

Loved the location, the room, breakfast, and the hotel lobby and pool area
The young lady who checked us in really should have ironed her blouse before coming to work. I would have asked her to go iron it or sent her home

Convenient location to the port

Cons:

Dirty- first room was dirty, AC didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Asked for another room which they did provide. The second room had a working toilet and working AC, however, still wasn’t as clean as I would like.
I also heard the front desk staff be very rude and unaccommodating to a man asking to extend his stay by one hour.

I’ll probably return next year and this will be my place to stay.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean.

Cons:

Imwould have liked a comfortable chair to sit on. The only chair was the desk chair and not too comfortable.

One room was filthy. I detailed this in the 1st survey, but got no response.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. The location was great.

Cons:

I already stated that they did not have the rooms on the same floor. They offered to move the 2nd room to the same floor but it would be a less expensive room. However, there would be no refund, only a future credit. That wasn't a satisfactory solution.

Extremely disappointed in our stay considering how much we paid for the room!!!
Cons:

It was extremely noisy and our room was not as clean as I would have liked. The rate was extremely overpriced for what we received. We have used Hampton inns for years and this was the poorest experience we have ever had.
