Pros:

L'accès direct à la lagune, la propreté, la gentillesse du monsieur à la réception.
Un restaurant et des activités gratuites.

Cons:

La wifi n'était pas bonne dans notre chambre (h15).
Le service au restaurant très lent même quand il y avait que 2 tables.
Avant mon arrivée et au check-in, on m'a signalé que je ne pouvais pas faire de paddle le mercredi alors que tous les autres clients pouvaient ainsi que les clients extérieurs ... Très étrange.
Lors du nettoyage de la chambre nos serviettes de douches propres ont été posées sur les toilettes ce qui n'est pas hygiénique.

Es un paraíso relajante al pie de la laguna de tonos azules.
Pros:

El acceso a la Laguna es espectacular.
La comida muy buena y saludable.

Una mañana se descompuso el dispensador de agua caliente y no hubo manera de que calentaran agua para una taza de te.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Lagune, eigener Bootssteg und tolle Segeltour mit Jonh und Pepo. Kostenlose Kajaks & SUPs beim hilfsbereiten Mario, glasklares Wasser in tollen Farben, Nähe zu den Cenotes, super leckeres Essen & Getränke

Cons:

Bungalow mit Pools liegen in der 2. Reihe, sehr verbaut. Pool war eiskalt, auch die Wärmefunktion brachte nichts. Insofern haben wir ihn gar nicht wirklich nutzen können, was etwas ärgerlich war. An zwei Stellen regnete es leider durchs Dach & Betten hätten etwas größer sein können

Beautiful access to the lagoon and common spaces!
Pros:

I liked that it had it's own lagoon access, guests could use kayaks & paddle boards with no issue, and the breakfast was good. Staff was really nice!

Cons:

I thought the bathroom of the glamping sites was a little bit closer. It made it uncomfortable to go to the restroom at night. There was "stuff"/dust fallin g from the roof or a/c of the room. So I had to ask for a change of pillow sheets and sleep with my head towards the base of the bed. Also, there was vegetation growing on the inside edges of the glamping(some vine weeds). I definitely think they should give more maintenance to these type of rooms.

Très bon séjour. Mais trop court, je recommande 2 nuits si on veut se reposer un peu.

La cuisine est très bonne. Il y a du choix pour le petit déjeuner et il est très bon et copieux.

Paradisiaque
Pros:

Le lieu est idyllique. Nous avons adoré l accès à la lagune avec le ponton, les kayaks et paddles mis à disposition…. C est un lieu magique, un havre de paix !!
Notre bungalow était top, spacieux.
Le personnel était souriant et serviable.

Cons:

Notre jacuzzi était à l ombre donc l’eau était assez froide c est dommage de ne pas avoir pu l’utiliser davantage

Bien mais mérite des travaux d’amélioration
Pros:

L’emplacement sur la lagune est génial et le prêt de matériel kayak et paddle est vraiment très appréciable ! La restauration est super, du petit déjeuner au dîner tout était excellent et abordable en termes de prix.

Cons:

Nous étions dans la chambre à 2 lits de la maison principale et c’est vraiment sommaire. Elle nécessite clairement des travaux. Rien que le pommeau de douche qui est totalement cassé serait bon à remplacer… Prix trop élevé selon nous au vu de la prestation.

Bien si te dan la habitación correcta
Pros:

El lugar en las áreas generales y las cabañas es muy bonito, lastima que la habitación doble que pague no corresponde a las fotos, yo pague por una habitación doble en cabaña que son las fotos que vi y me dieron una habitación en 2do piso, muy anticuada no me gustó, las camas era incómodas y en general tenia aspecto descuidado, comparado con el resto del hotel, la regadera, estaba a nada de salir volando y chorreaba agua hacia la taza de baño, lo cual hacia que casi se saliera el agua del cuarto de baño, compartía un balcón con extraños y estaba en malas condiciones, la ubicación es muy buena y las áreas comunes son bonitas, si te dan tu habitación en las cabañas esas si se ven agradables, lastima que pedimos cambio y se negaron. Las porciones del desayuno son muy buenas y esta rico.

La situation de l’hôtel au bord de la magique lagune de bacalar est top.mais booking doit mettre à jour ses infos sur l’

L’emplacement est superbe. Le personnel est gentil.

Cons:

L’hôtel est référence 5* sur booking, il est plutôt 4. Les installations sont vétustes par rapport aux photos publiées sur booking. Ce sont d’anciennes photos à l’époque où l’hôtel était plus récent sans doute. Ce serait bien que booking mette à jour ses infos. Les toits sont bâchés, l’échelle du « studio » a été démontée … les pontons sont « fatigués »
J’avais réservé et payé une activité « bateau » mais en arrivant à l’hôtel, il ne trouvait pas resa et mon paiement …. Finalement le règlement a été retrouvé (car j’ai opposé la preuve du paiement) et on a pu faire l’activité sur un autre bateau. C’est un peu dommage.
Cependant nous avons passé un bon séjour.

L'accès à la lagune : transats, pelouse. La balade en voilier, prêt de canoë, situation.

Cons:

L'attente au restaurant que ce soit pour le dîner ou petit déjeuner : 45 minutes pour un guacamole et une portion de frites ! Bruit de la soufflerie des cuisines.
