Ausser der guten Lage, nicht empfehlenswert. Zu teuer!!

Lage an der Lagune

Cons:

Personal unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Allgemeinzustand der Anlage eher schlecht. Grösstenteils renovierungsbedürftig. Personalräume für schmutzige Wäsche, usw, für jedermann zugänglich. Diese könnte man leicht unsichtbar machen mit ein bisschen Motivation.
Viel zu teuer für das was geboten wird.

Es un lugar que ofrece opciones de descansa, relajamiento y diversión acuática.
Pros:

El desayuno es regular, ubicación excelente, podar los árboles para tener una mejor vista, me hospede en el estudio superior que tiene una terraza superior sin muebles y la parte de arriba del baño para salir a la terraza superior nunca las asearon. el paseo en velero esta fabuloso y la narrativa de la laguna del capitán Alejandro es muy buena, los aperitivos que ofrece el viaje en la laguna ricos y necesarios.

Cons:

La comida del restaurant no tiene sazón y limpieza a la laguna frente a la casa bacal.

La ubicación es excelente y la vista a la laguna.

Cons:

Instalaciones muy deterioradas, en mal estado, precios exagerados para el estado de las habitaciones. Sin mosquiteros, sin ventilador,. El personal amable pero sin experiencia en el servicio, los alimentos en general llegaban a la mesa fríos, la calidad y cantidad del plato de fruta en los desayunos era pobre. A nuestra llegada, de las 3 habitaciones reservadas, en una de ellas la puerta no embonaba por lo que además del ruido no se podía cerrar. En la segunda habitación, de 4 focos funcionaba uno, lo reportamos y no se reparó. En la tercera habitación, no había mosquitero, lo cual es necesario si el hotel está a la orilla de la laguna, no había ventilador, no Jg había portamaletas, y por algún lugar entraban gusanos al cuarto.
Definitivamente el precio de las habitaciones es altísimo para el estado actual del hotel. Las fotos de booking no corresponden a la realidad actual de las instalaciones. Rústico no es sinónimo de deterioro.

Gerne auch für einen weiteren Besuch
Pros:

- Haben beanstandungslos ein neues Zimmer bekommen, nach dem in dem es im ersten Zimmer kein warmes Wasser gab und es auch unangenehm gerochen hat
- danach war alles gut
- Kanuboote im Preis inklusive

- hatten leider 3 mal in einem Abend Stromausfall

La laguna

Cons:

El personal fue grosero, daban preferencia a personas extranjeras o de tez blanca, los alimentos tardaban mucho, por tres quesadillas esperamos 40min, los baños olian mal, y las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, especialmente las cercanas a la cocina, el personal acuático no quiso prestarnos un padle diciendo que faltaban 15 min para cerrar, 2 minutos después llegaron unos franceses y a ellos les prestó el equipo inmeditamente, fui a decirle que eso no era justo y poniéndome cara y volteándome los ojos me prestó un padle. La alberca es muy, muy pequeña y definitvamente sentimos el trato diferente, y eso es triste, no regresábamos a casa bakal, hay más opciones y con mejor infraestructura.

Pros:

L’emplacement calme, superbe extérieur avec piscine, paddle et kayak à disposition, et accès direct à la lagune !

Cons:

La propreté et l’état des chambres un peu dégradées, pour la notre.
