Everything thing else was great

Cons:

Liked our stay but my significant other is disabled and can barely walk and the elevator was down. We were on the 5th floor so he had to hobble down the stairwell to the ground floor so I could drive him across the street to the hospital for a procedure he was having. surgery on his legs.

Parfait sauf le manque de considération du responsable des opérations

Ma carte de crédit à été débité une 2e fois lors du check in alors que j'avais payé en Mars. Malgré les 9 messages envoyés à l'hôtel pour signaler et demander le remboursement du 2e débit, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse de sa part. Heureusement j'ai réussi à joindre le service clients Booking, et après plusieurs échanges, Booking a fait pression sur l'hôtel qui a réalisé le remboursement sous 5 jours ouvrés.
Dommage d'en arriver là. Ma note pour le manager de l'hôtel 0
