I spent one night. Communicating with the staff at the hotel was difficult because of language barrier. Many don’t speak English and have no interest in trying to. I don’t speak Arabic. So, I couldn’t complain to them about what I wanted or what was not right, during my brief stay.

Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious, modern. Great woth food shops nearby. The only slight issue is it’s distance from masjid nabawi otherwise I loved it here
