It is clean and convenient.
Pros:

We have stayed here before and it's under new ownership. The facilities have not changed.

Cons:

Our pull out sofa bed only had a mattress sheet that was dirty and no blanket or pillow. Our fire alarm in the room looked smashed in. Our bathroom also had no fan so plan on bringing a candle or some spray.
