気が利く
Pros:

洗濯機、乾燥機と浴槽乾燥機も付いていたので、室内で洗濯が簡潔できるのはたいへん助かりました。洗剤付属も
タオルとバスタオルが2枚づつあること
リンスインシャンプーではなく、リンス単体で置かれていたので髪がパサパサにならなかったこと
隣や外からの音も聞こえなかったこと
調理器具があったのでパイナップルを切って丸ごと食べれた。
スリッパやボディタオル、ゴミ袋などちょっとしたものが備え付けされていたこともたいへん助かりました。

Cons:

エアコンと換気扇の清掃がされていなかったこと
特にエアコンは冷房26℃にすると臭いがするのが気になりました。

禁煙だからか一階入口側で喫煙されている方がいたこと
駐車場の軽自動車限定のところに普通車が停められていること
客のマナー違反

コスパ最高！また来たい！！
Pros:

価格が安く、近くにスーパーやドンキなどもあり買い出しも困らない。入退室もスマホ一つで簡単に行え、シンプルで素晴らしい。部屋に洗濯機や乾燥機もあるので、次回来るときは着替え等、荷物をもっと減らして身軽で来られそうです。1Fエレベータ前にはバルローブ、予備タオル、洗濯洗剤を小分けした袋、歯ブラシ、剃刀なども置かれてあり、至れり尽くせりでした。

Cons:

部屋にある机が低いので、パソコンや食事をするには使い辛い。もう少し高い机が欲しかったです。台所のレンジフードに埃が溜まっていた。「調理する人が少ないと思われ、そこはメンテナンスが行われていなかったのかなぁ～。」と感じました。

全てが丁度いい
Pros:

この料金で、と考えるととてもお得だと思います。
すべてきれいにされてるし、洗濯機、乾燥機もあって
コンパクトですが窮屈さはありませんでした。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

Cons:

部屋の中でズラッと洗濯物を干せる場所があったらいいけど
壁のハンガーを引っ掛ける所が少しカビてました
クーラーから水がたれていました

Pros:

各方面都很好，洗衣粉在1樓，雖然沒有租車但車位蠻多的

Cons:

唯一小缺點是連住多天時，地板會有點髒有粉塵，想自己稍微打掃沒有掃具，之前住過有提供除塵拖的，建議可以在用品區這樣提供，需要的人可以自己拿上去用

Pros:

ワンルームマンションと同じ。1人での宿泊でしたが2人でも快適だと思います。
バス、トイレ、洗面台もユニットではなく別々で快適。洗濯機、乾燥機も室内完備でキッチン有り。
近くにファミマ、ドンキ、ドラッグストアもあります。バス停も近いですが、本数は少ないです。

眺望、部屋の大きさ、バスタブ別、乾燥機、清掃、どれも最高でした。

Cons:

北風が吹くととてつもなくうるさい。非常階段部分で共鳴してる感じ。壁も薄く隣の宿泊者の声もすごく聞こえた。
