Pros:

眺望、部屋の大きさ、バスタブ別、乾燥機、清掃、どれも最高でした。

Cons:

北風が吹くととてつもなくうるさい。非常階段部分で共鳴してる感じ。壁も薄く隣の宿泊者の声もすごく聞こえた。

Really great value for money!
Pros:

There was no staff, but everything was super easy (just lock/unlock doors thru a webpage). Its an apartment style room so its quite big and I really appreciated the washing machine AND dryer. That was a big life saver. Also there was free washing powder downstairs!

Cons:

The exterior looks a bit like a love hotel🤣

満足。リピ確定です。
Pros:

部屋に洗濯機と洗濯乾燥機が設置されており、無料で使用できた点。
トイレとバスルームが別。
簡単な自炊ならできる点。

Cons:

炊飯器があると思ってお米を持参したが、なくて残念。今回、3泊させて頂きましたが、クイックルワイパーだけでもあると良かったなぁ〜。

街の便利と石垣島の自然が両立した。
Pros:

施設のキーが遠隔で送られてきて、便利に利用できた。乾燥機がカンタくんで子供の洗濯物乾かすのが便利だった。

We would stay at this very well appointed hotel again, now that we know how the system works.
Pros:

The hotel facilities were exceptional. It seemed to be brand new and it was very clean. There was everything you could need, including a washer and dryer, a stove and other kitchen equipment, a comfortable bed and lots of sunlight inside and a few of the ocean in the distance.

Cons:

This was our first experience of a hotel without a human to welcome us there. We call it a vending machine hotel. We did not know how to check in and after trying different ways to open the street door of the hotel, we called the number on our confirmation email and learned that we needed to use a code given in the email. Since we were new at this, this was a frustrating experience. This was our first learning curve experience of an unmanned hotel in Japan.
