Cons:

The cooking pans are old that the non-stick coating is already scratched. The couch, too, is old and weathered.

空間很夠，又有小廚房、小浴缸、洗衣機、烘衣機，孩子們都很開心，離真榮里海灘也不遠，附近應有盡有，價格非常划算，有機會再來還要訂這間。

まあまあ快適
Pros:

いつも旅行で利用しています。レンタカーがあれば快適です。

Cons:

季節柄水周りが少しカビ臭あり。キーレスで入れるのだが、以前はQRコードだったのが暗号入力キーに変わっており少し面倒だった。

快適で、最高です！
Pros:

洗濯機と乾燥機が設置してあり、いつでも洗濯が出来るのは大変助かります。
お風呂とトイレも別々になっていて、湯船にゆっくり浸かることが出来るのも有難いです。
キッチン用品も揃っているので、滞在型のコンドミニアムとしてはパーフェクトと思います。

湿気以外は快適
Pros:

洗濯機・乾燥機・浴室乾燥・キッチンがあったのが良かった。

Cons:

一日中エアコンの除湿を作動させていたのだが、ジメッと感が取れることがなかった。そして朝起きたら床の結露がスゴすぎて戸惑った。
南国のではこれが普通なのでしょうか？

満足です。特に外出する事を考えなければ最高‼️
Pros:

とにかく綺麗でした。また浴室も広くゆったり出来ました♪設備も充実（特に乾燥機はガスなので早い）

Cons:

施設というよりもロケーションとして中心地よりかなり離れているので、食事や買い物には不便

이시가키 최고 가성비 숙소
세탁기,건조기,주방,냉장고,인덕션,식기,완비 되어 있고
화장실, 세면대, 욕실 전부 분리 되어 있어서 여러명 사용하기 좋았음
주차장도 편리했고 돈키호테 바로 옆 주변에 모든 대형 쇼핑이 모여 있음
어메니티도 1층에 전부 모아 놓아서 필요하면 가져갈수 있었음

렌트카 없는 사람은 힘들수도? 렌트카 없이 이시가키에서 아무것도 할수가 없으니 아쉬운건 아님

コスパ最高！また来たい！！
Pros:

価格が安く、近くにスーパーやドンキなどもあり買い出しも困らない。入退室もスマホ一つで簡単に行え、シンプルで素晴らしい。部屋に洗濯機や乾燥機もあるので、次回来るときは着替え等、荷物をもっと減らして身軽で来られそうです。1Fエレベータ前にはバルローブ、予備タオル、洗濯洗剤を小分けした袋、歯ブラシ、剃刀なども置かれてあり、至れり尽くせりでした。

Cons:

部屋にある机が低いので、パソコンや食事をするには使い辛い。もう少し高い机が欲しかったです。台所のレンジフードに埃が溜まっていた。「調理する人が少ないと思われ、そこはメンテナンスが行われていなかったのかなぁ～。」と感じました。
