Pros:

The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. It was generally clean, though there was a faint musty smell — nothing deal-breaking, but worth mentioning. The bed was very comfortable,
Mizuki-san, the host, was lovely and spoke English well. She kindly recommended nearby spots, which we really appreciated. And the highlight for us is her dog — absolutely adorable and the friendliest little greeter.

Cons:

It's not so much a complaint as it is a heads-up: the bedroom and bathroom are located on different floors, so you'll find yourself climbing the stairs quite often during your stay. The steps are fairly steep, which might be a bit challenging for anyone with knee problems. Also, the property is located down a narrow alley, so it's only accessible by small vehicles.

Pros:

Merci à Mizuki de nous avoir permis de nous installer dès le matin à notre arrivée de l'aéroport.
Il ne manque rien, du coton tige au petit paquet de snack.
3 belles chambres décorées avec goût
L'endroit est calme et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du métro.

A truly exceptional find in Tokyo. Lots of space and very comfortable beds!
Pros:

Easy check in since the host lives downstairs and met us. Tons of bathrooms, very comfortable beds, great location, very quiet, well equipped with snacks and extras.

Cons:

One small suggestion would be to have an L-shaped sectional couch so more people could relax in the living room. But that’s a minor suggestion. The place was truly great.

Pros:

Very spacious beautifully decorated property with good sleeping and bathroom options for a family with adult children and a separate spacious living area. Generous extras were provided. The hostess was warm, welcoming and provided good advice about a range of matters and allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after departure. The property is in a central location.

Overall my family are happy & satisfied with our stay.
Pros:

Host is nice & friendly and will well prepare with all amenities before group chek-in. Location a bit far away from subway station especially in Winter which is too cold to walk so far. For other seasons which is pretty okay to walk to station. There are Lawson / Family Mart / 7-11 nearby to get foods & drinks etc.

Cons:

Not enough mirror around the apartment, only have mirror in the toilet which are a bit inconvenience for our family especially for women who need to do makeup.
