Pros:

Very spacious beautifully decorated property with good sleeping and bathroom options for a family with adult children and a separate spacious living area. Generous extras were provided. The hostess was warm, welcoming and provided good advice about a range of matters and allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after departure. The property is in a central location.

The attention to detail with every room. So thought out to make the stay as comfortable as possible

Overall my family are happy & satisfied with our stay.
Pros:

Host is nice & friendly and will well prepare with all amenities before group chek-in. Location a bit far away from subway station especially in Winter which is too cold to walk so far. For other seasons which is pretty okay to walk to station. There are Lawson / Family Mart / 7-11 nearby to get foods & drinks etc.

Cons:

Not enough mirror around the apartment, only have mirror in the toilet which are a bit inconvenience for our family especially for women who need to do makeup.

Great location! Close to train station, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5. The breakfast/tea bar was a nice addition.

Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man in Tokyo eine ruhige Unterkunft haben möchte

Die persönliche u. familiäre Ausstattung. Alles was benötigt wurde in einem Haushalt stand zur Verfügung, wie Zuhause auch. Absolut phantastische Gastgeberin!!

Sie beantwortet email Anfrage sehr schnell und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, das man sich wohlfühlt im Haus.
Über 2 Etagen verteilt sind die Schlafzimmer, insgesamt können 6 Personen übernachten. Sehr kinderfreundlich.
Lage zur nächsten Metro 500 m, zum nächsten Supermarkt 200 m.
Frühstücksangebot mit Cerealien, Marmelade Kaffee und Tee sind im Haus vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas zu weich, für jmd. der Rückenprobleme hat könnte es ein Problem sein.
