I left an article of clothing in my room which I reported to the staff the next day 28th July. The female staff said she would look into the matter immediately and call me back latter that day. However several days past and she did not call so I
rang thru again however no one picked up the phone once your AI Bot transferred me! I left a message which was not acknowledged. I rang thru again on the 7th August 2026 and a gentleman took my call and made a quick search of the lost and found records and informed me that nothing had been handed in by the cleaning staff.
