Overall satisfied & would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean, conveniently located near some food options/walking distance.

Cons:

There was a short power outage that came back on within a minute or so. Just made me a bit concerned for the doors as "how would we get back in when we leave" if it were to happen again or longer As the building is unstaffed & things are handled via door codes.

I was disappointed.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were a good size

Cons:

Hated the process of signing in to get the front door and room codes, especially when I had assumed it was a normal motel with reception staff. As the crow flies, was close to a few fast food options but was a longish and roundabout walk not well serviced by footpaths.
