The room was very nice
Didjt have a negative experience
The hotel is super conveniently located, it's easy to get to, the rooms are comfy, and they actually have microwaves. Big plus for me!!!
It doesn't seem like they have HEPA filters in the air conditioning, my allergies were absolutely insane in my room. Haven't experienced that anywhere else in Newcastle and surrounds.

The room was all I needed since I was only going to be in the area for a brief time. The location for me was excellent, close to my contacts and very close to freeway access. The room was stylish in a minimalist fashion, the bed very comfortable and the shower excellent. What it lacked in atmosphere and comfort was made up by its efficiency and business-like approach to hospitality.
To begin with I found it difficult using the app. Virtually impossible, so called them for an alternative solution. This was given to me, and miraculously this worked. I have never stayed in self-check-in accommodation before that was completely devoid of human connection. You are texted your room number, code for the front door, and a code for your room's entry. Great idea for on-site tradies and salespersons who need overnight accommodation without any human contact. The room was sterile, had no atmosphere and it had a prominent echo, due to the lack of soft furnishings (which are designed to absorb ambient noise). In and out, so easy. Not the ideal place for a family or someone on holidays.
