Decent price, large room that was clean and full of amenities. The only issue was the horrible smell coming from the bathroom ventilation ducts. I noticed some other reviewers mentioning a sewage smell in their rooms so it seems to be a recurring problem. We were only there for about 12 hours so it wasn't a huge deal but still, they need to sort that out.

Nice room and close to the airport
The rooms are old, the bed, the doors, everything creaks from how worn out it is. The hotel feels dirty. I asked for the restaurant table to be cleaned for breakfast, and the waitress just wiped it with a cleaning towel, pushing everything onto the floor. I then saw another waitress do the exact same thing at another table. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I do not recommend it.
Modern, clean, spacious room, great for a family. Breakfast had a large variety of items and delightful things you wouldn’t normally see. The hotel amenities were great, like the pool, ping pong and courtyard but we were exhausted after long days of exploring Paris. It was a bit of a walk to Parc Expositions station but from there so many transportation options.
Positives: The check in staff was friendly & helpful. Our room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Negatives: Gym equipment was available but 3 of the 7 machines were out of order. The pool was small and dirty. We order drinks & snacks at the bar during happy hour 5pm-7pm but asked for our bill at 7:15 and had to pay full price.
The original room smelt of sewage in the bathroom so I phoned reception and a member of staff came immediately to inspect the room. We were given a new room which clearly was an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was lovely. Shame we were only staying for 1 night. The shuttle service for 5 euros was fantastic too. Looking forward to staying at the Hyatt House hotel again

Top-notch place to stay if you're flying. It's not close to anything else in Paris tho, and the public transit options are limited.

Common seating areas were extremely dirty around the lobby and restaurant.
The room was comfortable and clean as expected. Customer service at the front desk was not very good.
