Super zentrale Lage, trotzdem absolut ruhig, es poltert nicht mal um 8 morgens der Roomservice durch die Gänge. Ausblick auf den Dom vom Balkonzimmer unschlagbar. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit hervorragend. Abreise bis 11 - premium.

Tolles Hotel!!
Pros:

Wirklich alles. Die Lage ist mega, das Parkhaus mit 19€ pro Tag, das Personal war sehr nett freundlich, das Frühstück war gut. Und sauber war es auch. Wir kommen wieder!!!!

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Cons:

Kühlschrank im Zimmer war defekt. Betten (Zimmer No.2 und 3) total abgenutzt und ungemütlich. Aufzug hatte in 3 Tagen 2 Störungen... Personen waren eingeschlossen.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Great value for money, very good location, room was nice and clean and the staff very helpful, amazing even. Breakfast was more than enough.

A little difficult to spot the entrance to the elevator that takes you to the 6th floor.

Eine super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit als guter Ausgangspunkt für die Kanxess Arena oder eine Städtereise
Pros:

Es war ein familiäres Hotel. Alles war sauber. Die Betten bequem. Die Dachterrasse und der Balkon und der Frühstücksraum waren gemütlich und einladend. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Der Aufzug war langsam 😆

Wyjazd rodzinny, turystyka, koncert w Lanxess Arena
Pros:

Pokój rodzinny jest duży, 4 osoby śpią wygodnie. Wifi działa bardzo szybko. Blisko do parkingu: hotel jest na 6-tym piętrze, a parking na 5-tym, wystarczy zejść po schodach jedno piętro lub zjechać windą. Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum, wszędzie blisko, przystanej tramwaju i metra tuż obok, Lanxess Arena (byliśmy tu na koncercie). Dobre śniadanie, miła obsługa chętna do pomocy. Luksusów nie ma, ale ich nie oczekiwałem, wysoka jakość w stosunku do ceny pobytu. Kameralna atmosfera.

Localização. O espaço exterior com mesas onde se está muito bem. O staff muito simpático.

Cons:

Poucas fichas no quarto. Para ser honesto, apenas havia uma extensão de um dia mais do quarto. Não tem, mas devia ter, candeeiros sem ser a luz de tecto.
