Hopefully improvements are in the near future.
Cons:

Wallpaper falling off wall. Bathroom floor tile grout appeared soiled. Evening receptionist unpleasant when asked we asked about our membership points. And lastly there was no waffle batter for breakfast. Are you kidding!!

Good location, good potential but needs to be cleaned thoroughly to meet basic standards.
Pros:

Location was perfect for quick road side stop. Great value, met our needs.

Cons:

On first glance room was aesthetically p,easing. Once in the room it was in rough shape. Needed a thorough cleaning, updates and repairs. Stains on walls, chipped paint, cracks in wall plaster, closet shelving unsecured and falling to floor, lamps without light, shower leaks on floor due to lack of seal and dirty bathroom door handle.

Pros:

The room was nice.

Cons:

They didn't have a mini Fridge. The room was very sound proof. The kids across the hall screaming half the night was not pleasant. Elevators was dirty. The breakfast was just ok.
