Top Lage, moderne und saubere Ausstattung, aber etwas zu teuer für das Gesamtpaket

Sehr gute Lage und saubere, komfortable Ausstattung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein (wirkt auf den Fotos wesentlich größer). Die Möbel waren teilweise so gestellt, dass man u.a. den Kleiderschrank nicht wirklich nutzen konnte.
Die Lage im Erdgeschoss schränkt den Komfort etwas ein. (Das einzige Fenster ist quasi die Tür). Blickdichte aber lichtdurchlässige Gardinen wären für Privatsphäre hilfreich. Außerdem war nur ein anstatt zwei Terrassenstühle vorhanden. Besonders unangenehm fanden wir, dass bereits 10 min vor Check out Zeit das Reinigungspersonal auf unserer Terrasse direkt vor unserem Fenster stand und regelrecht drauf wartete, dass wir endlich das Appartement verlassen.

Tolle Unterkunft.
Pros:

Schönes gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Sauber, ruhig, zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsuche ist ein Struggle. Öffentlicher bezahlpflichtiger Parkplatz in der Nähe eher immer belegt. Langzeit-Parkplatz außerhalb der Innenstadt recht teuer: 14€ am Tag, wenn man nicht rausfährt. Ansonsten fängt man wieder bei Stunde "null" an. (Bsp: 0:00-9:00Uhr = 14€ + 16:00-24:00Uhr = 14€)

Leider ein Desaster

Gar nichts, da ich aufgrund des Schneesturmes nicht anreisen konnte

Cons:

Leider ist mir die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht entgegen gekommen. Ich wollte meinen Aufenthalt aufgrund des Schneesturmes verschieben, konnte mit der Bahn nicht anreisen. Ich wäre auch mit einem Teil der Kosten zufrieden gewesen. Das war so gar nicht kundenfreundlich.

Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Lage am Neuen Markt ist perfekt, um Stralsund zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Der Innenhof ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein, wenn es das Wetter erlaubt.

Pros:

Das Appartement ist gut gelegen und hat ein sehr schönes Schlafzimmer mit einem komfortablen Bett. Es ist gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es gibt etwas wenig Geschirr. Das Sofa sollte gründlich gesaugt werden.
