Deludente soprattutto a causa della scarsa professionalità del personale alla reception.

Lo staff alla reception: hanno fornito informazioni errate (ci hanno detto che la cena sarebbe stata possibile fino all 22:00 mentre hanno chiuso abbondantemente prima, così siamo rimasti senza cena e ci siamo dovuti spostare) oppure non ce le hanno fornite (al check in nessuno ci ha informato che la colazione sarebbe stata disponibile solo fino alle 09:00, così alle 9:10 siamo rimasti senza).

They didn't have my reservation after giving the staff my confirmation and location. I was charged a walking rate and was told she would this information to her manager to honor my online rate. That credit or rate was never honored.
