Pros:

After hearing many complaints about others hotels, we realized how wonderful ours was. Great breakfast buffet. Clean and beautiful property.

The size of the room and our welcome agent.

Cons:

The room smelt musty anyone with asthma would not be able to resist smell and the bed had dry blood spots and sheets felt damp, the couch was very worn looked dirty and the decorative pillow also seemed damp. Also the location isn’t near much, if you don’t have a car there isn’t much you can do. The room we were switched too was a little better on smell but still wasn’t great. The shower door did not close fully and the floor had dust balls. I was too tired to complain again and we were just there for some hours after arriving from cruise and having to leave at 2:30am. Just settled

Disappointing rooms but convenient location to the port
Pros:

Great location beautiful lobby area easy parking right in front of the lobby

Cons:

Huge gap under the door Light shining through makes the room bright at night and difficult to fall asleep queen size pillows on a king bed sloppy. Bathroom left some concrete patches on the wall in Renovation so it’s a bit unsightly. Staff are also a bit sloppy

Spacious and comfortable room, great location
Pros:

The hotel and the room were clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we loved the coffee and cookies available throughout the day in the lobby. The location worked perfectly for us, and the parking was convenient as well.

Cons:

We arrived at 6:00 PM, but our room was not yet ready. We waited an hour before we could check in, and it felt like the front desk staff made no real effort to speed things up. She also didn’t inform us when the room was ready—we only found out because we went to ask, even though she had seen us waiting in the lobby the entire time.

The hotel did get back to me after I contacted them, but it didn’t feel like they considered this situation unusual or problematic, even though receiving a room at 7:00 PM is quite late. This was disappointing.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß und das Bett bequem.

Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Wir konnten zu einem sehr fairen Preis sogar Wäsche waschen und trocken.

Frühstück gab's "nur" bis 9 Uhr. War für uns manchmal knapp aber die Auswahl war in Ordnung. Typisch amerikanisches Hotelfrühstück. Auswahl begrenzt aber für den Start in den Tag erstmal völlig in Ordnung.

Wir würden hier definitiv wieder übernachten.

Frühstückszeiten könnten ein wenig länger sein.
Wir hatten sonst nichts zu beanstanden.

We met 2006 year in the hotel room
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, pool, gym, everything, window view! Thanks to personal who gave us champagne glasses to celebrate the new year

Cons:

A bit noisy restroom ventilation (not a vent, but the pipe “sings” at night). However, it is a minor issue. Also, the washer in laundry did not work at our floor, and the working one was a bit dirty.

A good place for a pre-cruise stay.
Pros:

Very close and convenient to the cruise port. It was near a very good pizza restaurant. Our room was clean and quiet, allowing us a good night’s sleep.
