An incredibly comfortable hotel in an incredible location
Pros:

We loved the location! A visit to crazy shibuya made us appreciate the fantastic chilled out location even more. Loads of great places to eat, amazing streets to wander through , a temple on your doorstep, easy access to everywhere by metro.

A huge uniqlo store was an unexpected bonus!!

We had a room for 4 so we had separate rooms. The shower room had a drying facility which staff helpfully pointed out. The staff also filled out our luggage transfer forms for us which was extremely helpful.

I'd highly recommend this location and hotel!

Pros:

Great location, quiet room, very pleasant and helpful staff. The bathroom was a good size, and nice decor.

Great staff. Very responsive, helpful and accommodating to keep luggage for a period after check out.

Bon hotel mais un peu décevant
Pros:

Hotel très correct :Chambre propre et personnel professionnel (même si le ménage n'a pas été fait à la date prévue) la proximité de ueno et de la sumida. Mais pâtit de la comparaison avec les hôtels pris lors des autres étapes du parcours au Japon (chambres plus grandes, mieux équipées moins chères)

Cons:

Proche du métro mais d'une ligne très peu intéressante pour visiter Tokyo (tsukuba express) et ses alentours (donc marche jusque asakusa ou tawaramachi). Le prix comparativement aux prestations (mais c'est Tokyo)
La chambre est annoncée à 20m2, elle paraissait plus aux alentours des 16-18 m2

Pros:

Fantastic little place. Family suite has a good amount of space for Tokyo. Staff kindly let us check in early and leave our baggage there on checkout day.
