I Can’t Believe This Place Was So Nice
Pros:

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Our room was spacious, clean and the kitchen was very lovely. The floorplan for the place excellent. Honestly, this is the nicest Residence Inn we stayed at. We stayed at the a residence Inn at the National Mall in Washington, DC; one in Fort Lauderdale and in Arizona. None can compare to this one. Not only were the rooms in an excellent state of repair but the whole establishment was clean. The staff were also super super friendly and helpful. I note in particular Jiji, Jermel and Kamia. I would definitely come here again. Bravo. Well done. I would give this place 5 stars!!

Clean and Comfortable in Midtown RVA- Great spot for visiting University of Richmond
Pros:

My family of four stayed for the second time this past August. This property is only about a 10 minute drive to the University of Richmond campus and approximately 15 to Short Pump and downtown Richmond. Our room was clean and the service was excellent. I want to give a shout out to Nicole for her excellent service at the front desk. Their overnight manager was also great. We asked for extra towels, and a toothbrush, and both were quick to arrive. You have a Mission BBQ and an Olive Garden less than a mile away. They also have a pretty nice bar where you can get drinks in the evening. The complimentary breakfast is nothing extraordinary but does the trick. With any Residence Inn, the pool area can get a bit crowded at times, but this one was pretty big and nicely maintained. We will definitely be back when visiting our son at UR.

Pros:

We travel for a swim competition. The hotel is just 10 min away from the pool, very convenient. The place is very clean. But the most important are the people who work there. Very professional; from the first minute, you feel very welcome. Any issues are resolved very quickly.

Lovely hotel with good amenities and the breakfast was the cherry on top!
Pros:

It was centrally located to everywhere I visited. The morning breakfast was delicious and easy to self-serve. I also enjoyed using the excercise room and the laundry service.

Cons:

The bed was harder than I liked but I still slept well.

Pros:

Cons:

There was no food at the breakfast at 8;40am. Still NO food after going to the front desk for assistance.! I took pictures to call your management.
