Comfortable and very welcoming
Pros:

Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful.

Cons:

He had an issue with our room ac as soon as we arrived. However I called the front desk and they switched our room to take care of the problem.

Comfortable and clean but a bit disorganized.

Comfortable bed. Clean and has everything you may need.

Cons:

It was a busy weekend - hotel was almost fully booked and they were replacing carpets. Waiting to get into room and changed for event was almost impossible. Not a good time for carpet replacement.

The breakfast is kind of sad. I have stayed in previous years and it was outstanding. The eggs were done at 8:45 and we had to wait quite a bit for more eggs.

The night of our stay we wanted to purchase something from the refrigerator but there wasn’t anyone in the lobby. A note saying will be back in a little while.

It appears not enough staff and not good management.

Awesome hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, CLEAN, QUIET, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in honestly. We will definitely be back. Located right next to several restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Huge rooms! Huge bathrooms! Comfortable beds. Seriously great place.

Cons:

I had to book this hotel because my other hotel was disgusting and had no water. Im so happy that I moved. This hotel was gorgeous, spacious and clean. The staff was AMAZING!

Exceptional in Every Way

From the moment we pulled in, this hotel didn’t just meet our expectations - it completely surpassed them!!! Everything was spotless, fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. The amenities were truly impressive: a welcoming café and bar, a perfectly stocked snack shop, fun lobby games and activities, a cozy fire pit and BBQ area, an impressive breakfast spread, a great dog area, and even fresh popcorn that made the whole place feel extra homey. Our room was spotless, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable - truly a perfect place to relax. Every corner of the hotel felt intentional and inviting!!!

But what made our stay genuinely unforgettable was the level of customer service. Kamia McKenzie was extraordinary. She didn’t just do her job - she made us feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for. She greeted us by name each time we crossed paths, always with the warmest smile, and even took the time to check in on our sick dog. Her kindness, compassion, and authenticity turned a simple hotel stay into something truly special. People like her are rare, and she made a lasting impact on us.

Because of her - and all the wonderful things this hotel offers - we’ll not only be returning, but we’ll be using this hotel as our golden standard from now on. The entire team deserves so much praise, but Kamia is the heart of what made our experience exceptional. We’re deeply grateful!!!

Pros:

Wonderful place. Clean and comfortable.
We checked in late and were in need of a charging spot- Rolanda helped us out immediately and got us the spot.
As a Bonvoy Platinum elite who has been to many many hotels. This one was definitely excellent.
