Overall the stay was good.
Pros:

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Cons:

The property doesn’t have enough parking for its guests. I arrived at check-in and was told the car park was full. To either look for street parking in Surfers ??? or drive the Crown Plaza paid car park which was the next building. I was on my own with both my luggage and my husband’s luggage and had to navigate my way back to Oaks hotel with all the luggage. I had dropped my husband off at a work function before driving to Oaks Hotel to check-in. At the price we paid we expected to have parking onsite even if we had to pay.

As I was up on the 20th floor, the ocean views were wonderful. Lovely to hear the ocean.

Great location with awesome views but needs to be updated as very old and not value for money.
Pros:

Amazing views of the ocean, convenient location to the tram.

Cons:

Very old and in need of updating. Doors to bathroom and toilet don’t close properly- wallpaper is falling off the walls. Carpet is old. Didn’t feel of the quality expected for the cost.

Beautiful unit in a pristine backdrop. A lovley stay.

The features, facilities in the bedroom are exceptional and amazing the morning sunrise is amazing

I loved the view everything that was involved in my booking package waking up sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise is the most exceptional thing

Convenient location, nice room with spa bath but a few building faults.
Pros:

Nice ocean view, huge comfy bed, nice comfy furniture and plenty of space in the apartment. Adjustable hot water temperature and good shower pressure. Spa bath filled up quickly, jets worked, was clean and a nice luxury to have on a special weekend away. Very conveniently located right outside the tram stop.

Cons:

Card provided at the front desk didn't open the carpark access door which was stressful as it was one way and the car behind us was honking. Had to call the front desk and get a new garage access card. Got stuck in one of the elevators twice and has to call the emergency number twice before somebody came out to test/ fix the elevator.
