Great weekend
Pros:

The location was excellent very short walk to tram station which meant it was very close to Broadbeach or Surfers. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly.

Cons:

No breakfast available, furniture in the room was mismatched.

The lovely and helpful front desk staff were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. A big thank you to the front desk team for their kindness and professionalism. Well done!

Cons:

The room was not well-maintained. The chairs were covered in stains, the bed was uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room was poor. It felt dirty and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

travaux au sein de l’hôtel juste en bas de notre chambre
Cons:

Nous avons été réveillés par des travaux situés juste en dessous de notre chambre, dont nous n’avions absolument pas été informés au préalable par l’hôtel. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous n’avons reçu aucune excuse ni explication de la part de la direction. Au vu du prix payé pour ce séjour, je trouve cette situation particulièrement irrespectueuse envers les clients et totalement contraire au niveau de professionnalisme que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie. Une telle expérience est inacceptable et a considérablement nui à la qualité de notre séjour.

Overall very pleasant thankyou.
Pros:

We were upgraded from a hotel room to a studio apartment because of becoming an Oaks member - very appreciated - much more room for our 3 night stay. The situation was excellent - my husband had a conference next door at Crown Plaza so he only had to walk there.

Cons:

Our hotel room was right next to the lift, so when we figured out what we thought was a plane taking off - we figured out it was the lifts which were quite noisy late at night. Also jackhammers Friday afternoon and Monday morning working somewhere in the building?
