Our trip in India has come to an end. We stayed at five different five-star hotels, but unfortunately we have not experienced staff or service like this in any of them — not even remotely.

Rooms are fairly large and comfortable.

Cons:

Very picky staff
Questioning unecessarily on stay duration, check out time etc.
Calling within few minutes of Checkout time and notifying "call for departure".
If they want adfitional deposit for signing on bills they should specify on checkin, not ask to.pay restaurant bills especially when we are with our guests.
Questioning us when we're going out of the hotel with some bags in the middle of the stay, even though we've paid for the full stay and are booked for another day or two.
In room dining menu is very limited and poor.
