Disappointed and not value for money

Convenient from the airport. Good shower

Cons:

Bedsheets and pillows had yellowish tinge and daint dirt stains indicating age. The room had a weird smoky stench. The gym had very limited facilities and some of them were not functional

A quite escape from bustling mumbai
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and pleasant
Rooms where clean and fresh
Restaurant was clean and food was good and well presented
They offered us luggage storage when we went on tour
Very efficient on all fronts
Location to airport is excellent and to metro
Was a little hectic but that was due to the road under construction which was not the hotels fault
Will definitely stay the next time in mumbai

The hotel is perfect. The bathroom and the pool are incredibles.

Pros:

Overall a positive experience during my stay. Courteous check in staff. Aashna was good as a PR staff in front office. Her Engagement is good.

Cons:

Restaurant experience was not good. Not hae too.much choices for international cuisine.
Managers and servers frequently approach table asking the same thing about the food. They should refrain from doing this as this causes irritation during eating when I need quiet time whilst eating.
Didn't like the restaurant dining experience. They failed to manage Some guest throwing profanity in the restaurant and took louda whilst I was with my family including female members. Poor experience and unable to run the show. Pls next time if I visit do not approach multiple times asking about the dish....I will leave the food if it's not good. Do not approach again and again.
