Excellent location and amenities.
Pros:

The breakfast was impressive, excellent selection and filling.

Cons:

My irresponsibly was I left my Tablet in room 409, in the extra large drawer. I was traveling to Phoenix, stopped in Gallup to visit family, when I realized it was missing.
If I must turn back, I will. I hope to contact someone in the morning. I am staying in Gallup, delaying my trip.

Comfy and relaxing
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The general manager was dealing with a difficult/rude guest while checking us in and handled it professionally and made sure we were taken care of.

Pros:

Very clean place, staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The pool unfortunately was not working and the guest laundry dryer was also not working. It’s not a coin machine, card reader. So I had to haul wet clothes to a laundry mat. No fault of the hotel just was a little inconvenient

Pros:

The room was very comfortable.

Cons:

I purposely book a hotel with a pool because I have a bad back. When I arrived, I asked if the pool was open and available and the person who checked me in said yes. Turned out that the pool was closed and had been closed for a month, per NM health dept. So, staff lied to my face. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Great hotel Overall
Pros:

Staff were great, breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The room was comfortable and spacious and exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

Needing the U-turn to get out of the property was annoying but that is not the hotels fault.
