Guest Reviews
The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.
Nothing
The pool area was nice and clean.
Breakfast was good, good selection of food
Elevators not working !! No reduced rate for elevators being out of service. Came back seven days later elevators still out of service, had to get room at Hyatt .
The facilities were great and the staff was great. Breakfast was good with the exception of the fruit. They had apples that were mushy and oranges that were off color
When we arrived, the elevator did not work, so I had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and there was no offer to help. They stated that there would be a reduction in the bill, but that did not happen.
horrible....
did not like. did not stay there, waiting on refund. had no elevator or water at hotel. waisted a hour to get sonething fugured out. booking did not want to give us refund. horrible experince with booking.
Nice room and amenities
No elevator service
Location
Shower head...very little water flow
Elevator broken
Breakfast choices limited
Coffee was old
Had to ask front desk for tea
Fan in room ran 24/7 and was very LOUD
Outside patio furniture had vomit on it for both days we were there
Clean and close to everything.
The vent on the ceiling by the bed was so loud.
The breakfast was fine on Saturday. On Sunday they had No one to cook so it was just cold stuff. All sugar and carbs no protein, not a healthy breakfast
The breakfast could be better and the elevator was out for awhile
