Clean & friendly staff
The bathroom door didn't latch. Everything else was awesome!!!!!!!
The size of the room was good, and the beds were comfortable.
We stayed at the Hampton Inn in London Kentucky. We paid twice the average hotel price in this area. We could have stayed in Lexington at the Tru hotel for half the cost. We appreciated the hotel providing the first floor for my disabled wife. We did NOT appreciate the 7am construction RIGHT outside our window and RIGHT in the blocked EV charging lot. I chose this hotel and paid extra specifically because there was an EV charger. This place only has two, and blocking one is not cool. Starting construction outside my room while I have a disability that doesn’t handle that isn’t cool (that’s not cool at ANY hotel). The digger was also perilously close to my car. A minor complaint - there were supposed to be two water bottle in our room. There weren’t. The room was SIXTY degrees. I have brand loyalty to a fault. Once you piss me off, I have no reason to trust you again. You pissed me off. And at twice the price. Oh Hampton Inn…I remember paying extra for you twenty years ago and feeling good about it. Not ever. Not ever again. I can’t say this forcefully enough. I stay in a lot of hotels, and I like to support companies that do well. No more Hampton Inn. While I appreciate accommodating my wife’s disability by putting us in the first floor, my own disability (and probably every other human) can’t tolerate construction sounds at 7am just outside their windows. I’m embarrassed for this hotel. Gross. My family and I will use our money more selectively in the future
Shower head just dripped water when it was turned on and toilet didn’t flush properly
They have an actual door for the bathroom which our family prefers. The breakfast is good for free breakfast. Sausage gravy was very good and they had gluten free bagels for someone in our family that has celiacs. Pet area was mowed. Will stay again.
Quiet, peaceful and well located for our stop on the way to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Would definitely stay here again!
Rooms are terrible. Paper thin walls and you can hear someone fart upstairs. Service is terrible we had upstairs neighbors partying until 1am and they wouldn’t do anything. Wouldn’t make them quit, give us a different room, give us a refund so we could go somewhere else. The staff at the desk was too worried about playing on their cell phone than to help us or make this right. I explained to them I had a baby and have a funeral in the morning but they didn’t seem to care. Bad business all the way around. It’s a shame they are in such a great community.
Great location. Hotel was nice and clean. Friendly desk personnel. We will visit again.
Location, quiet, room was well appointed
Construction, one slow elevator and parking issue
Construction on going was well handled.
Very comfortable and affordable
Under construction and difficult to find the entrance because of that
