Lovely place to stay and very affordable for the price! Next Kyoto stay will be back here for sure!!
Pros:

Easy to communicate with and the whole stay was seamless. Location was amazing!! Facilities were high class!

Cons:

The breakfast was good except I wasn’t able to carry my baby to buffet which I was travelling solo so that was difficult. Going back and forth as the area understandably wasn’t safe being quite tight.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Extremely convenient location, located right next to Umekoji-Kyotonishi station, as well as the adjacent Umekoji park, and directly connected to the backdoor of a FamilyMart.

Offers a complementary public bath on the first floor, which was awesome. The bath has vending machines for drinks and ice cream right outside. The crowd levels are also visible from the hotel room TV.

Cons:

There is an extra hotel tax to pay at check-in, but nothing to be concerned about. It was 800 yen
