Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza, el tamaño de las habitaciones, el desayuno y los servicios alrededor (cafetería, museo, acuario etc)

Cons:

No es tan fácil de llegar al hotel si no conoces Kyoto. El hotel está al lado de la estación de tren local pero a 25 min caminando de la del Shinkansen.

Very nice and clean hotel with great value for money.
Pros:

Located next to JR station. The hotel is quiet and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

Cons:

A little bit far from Kyoto Station, about 25 - 30 minutes walking.

I would come to that hotel again if I'm coming back to Kyoto
Pros:

Room was big, comfortable, calm and clean.
The location was really good.
The hotel location was really good.

Cons:

Pros:

Rooms are very clean and beds were very comfortable. Location near train station which is very good to go to Fushimi Inari and bamboo grove. Bus stop is 5 min walk. It's not located in a tourist area so it's pretty calm. There are restaurants in the vicinity, one stop from Kyoto station with a lot of food options and convenience store at the hotel.
Reception staff helped us to forward our luggage to the next hotel which is very convenient.
Breakfast is very good, we liked the Japanese options.

Great customer service and location
Pros:

The staff were so kind. My friend forgot some stuff at the hotel and they were so kind to ship it promptly to my hotel in Tokyo. The customer service was excellent and it’s very close to the train station and accessible to bus stations as well

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited for me but some people had all they wanted

Pros:

スタッフの方は親切な方ばかりでとても良かったです。
お部屋も綺麗で、防音なので隣のお部屋の声も全く聞こえず快適に過ごせました。
駅も近いし1階にコンビニもあるので便利です。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、大浴場です。
脱衣場をもう少しこまめに掃除していただけると嬉しいです。混んでいる時間帯もり、髪の毛がたくさん落ちて居たり床がビチョビチョでした。
あと置いてあった扇風機もホコリまみれで使いたかったのに使えませんでした。
髪の毛を結ばず湯船につかる方もみえ、子供は潜ったり泳いでるのも少し嫌な気にはなります。

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Easy access to both train and bus. Close to park and aquarium, restaurant and family mart. Hotel staff were very friendly and the space in the rooms were ideal with great amenities. Really excellent value for money. Perfect for families and good finishes.

Cons:

They need better charging points 🤣. Took us the entire night to charge our phones. Couldn't use the flat iron properly. Other than that it was perfect.
