Rooms small but clean. Onsen was excellent.
Breakfast in morning not great. Coffee was cold from machine.
Very close to the train station, Kyoto Railway Museum and Aquarium.
You can’t open the windows for fresh air.
Close to station and there was a market right outside one day. Was nice to get homemade goods by artists and crafters in/from Japan. There’s an onsen if you’d like to experience that and the staff were very kind and attentive. Room was always clean when we came back from adventuring even if we forgot to put sign on our beds.

The room was really nice and clean. The bed was big and comfortable.
Our window looked out into a small tiled space that was dirty and surrounded by high walls and you cant open the windows so it felt very claustrophobic.

Sehr nettes und Hilfsbereites Personal und die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag richtig sauber gemacht. Extrem tolle Lage, nur eine Minute Fußweg von einer JR Station entfernt und trotzdem ruhig.
Die Zimmer sind etwas stickig und die Bettwäsche ist nicht Luftdurchlässig somit schwitzt man wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht abends anmacht.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice bathrooms. The rooms are also quiet and the breakfast buffet is plentiful with lots of variety including Asian and Western options.
Great hotel, staff very friendly. Our room was perfect for our needs and had all the amenities we needed.
The hotel is located a short train ride away from the main centre keep this in mind based on what you may want to see/do.
The breakfast was disappointing with poor quality coffee and whilst there were a lot of options, there were very few that catered to a western diet.
