Lo recomiendo para estancias cortas y si viajas lijero de equipaje.
Pros:

La ubicación y el barrio son muy buenos; están cerca del centro, de la estación del metro, de tiendas y de la Avenida Paulista.
El personal del hotel es muy atento y amable.

Cons:

-El hotel no tiene ascensor y nos tocó el piso 3. Es difícil si llevas equipaje
-La habitación tenía mucha humedad. El baño no se secaba, ni las toallas. Incluso a mi compañero tanta humedad le generó alergia y tos.
-El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien.
-No tuvimos "Bela Vista". Nos tocó una pared desde la ventana.
-El lavamanos del baño era muy pequeño y el agua se regaba por todos lados.

Considerando o valor, vale a pena!
Pros:

É bem localizado e tem um valor bem acessível considerando a localização. Tem café da manhã, é bem simples, mas gostoso. O pessoal da recepção é bem gente boa!

Cons:

Da pra ouvir bastante barulho do corredor/quarto ao lado. Não tem escada, então dificulta a locomoção, mas isso já é sinalizado!
