Pros:

Everything in the room was comfortable. We didn’t need anything else but the bed since we arrived so late. The staff in front were very kind to accommodate the time for us such as staying later than the expected time.

Cons:

Paying for parking.

Always a pleasant stay, but needs a few little tweaks
Pros:

Location is perfect and rooms are always quiet and comfortable

Cons:

There always seem to lots of staff crowded behind the front desk consulting with one another. Never feels particularly welcoming, as if you are interrupting them.

Second I have NEVER in all my stays at this property been able to figure out how the TV remote control operates. I’m reasonably tech savvy, but It usually takes me about 15 minutes to get an ordinary broadcast television program, and I’m so afraid that I won’t be able to turn it on again that I simply leave the TV on all night with the sound off so I will be certain I will get the news on the morning. PLEASE give us remotes that are more intuitive and user-friendly!!!

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Great location- close the to T to get around the city. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The shower was a fall hazard-slippery when wet.

fine, decent
Pros:

The hotel is well-located and is basically decent and clean. It is part of this new effort in hotels to be more efficient, cut back on things that were wasteful (like all the extra disposable products in the bathroom) and focus on what is most necessary. So it was fine, decent, clean.

Cons:

if every room is to have a Keurig, then there should be an option to have a tea kettle if you ask for one. the reason is that everything that comes out of a Keurig tastes like coffee, so if you want tea you are SOL because it will taste like coffee. There are other hotels that can rustle up a tea kettle if you ask for one, but it was annoying that this hotel couldn't figure that out. So, the barebones efficiency thing that makes them focus only on the necessaries means that sometimes if you need something they actually simply don't have it. The incessant text messages asking for feedback or happiness levels or telling what was on TV in the bar were unnecessary.
