Bed was comfortable. Good shower gel.
The light in the room prevent you from turning on the light in the toilet without shining a light that goes into the sleeping area. Multiple treadmills and bikes out of order in the workout.

Everything met my expectations, and I LOVE the adopt a dog program! STAFF was super nice and very helpful to me. Front desk staff and the bar staff both.
Too much black around the bathroom with lighting that made it very difficult to apply make up and see what I was actually doing or how it turned out. I also needed more pressure from shower, hot water took a very long time to get hot and was not easily adjusted for temperature control.
The beds could have had a cozy blanket.

It took almost ten minutes for hot water to reach our shower on the 3rd floor. There was a very cool speaker in the room for bluetoothing music but it did not work. Streaming on the tv did not work on our first night. Some areas looked like they needed cleaning and/or attention.

Away from it all. I like it being close enough to downtown but far away where it feels like a hidden gem. The pizzeria across the street is also 💋 👌🏽
Put an extra garbage can in the room. Maybe one in the bathroom. Otherwise. We loved it. We’ll stay again
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful from check in through check out. And did I mention that they have doggies?!? Adoptable pup(s) available in the front lobby for you to “foster” in your room at night! Pure awesomeness!
Our room was clean, comfortable and larger than expected. Just enough space for two of us to get ready for a family wedding and also get great sleep at night.
We enjoyed the bar and snack section of the lobby, every single night of our three night stay.
We had rented a car at CLT and were very pleased with the free overnight parking provided for guests by the hotel.
Included (small) breakfast sandwich was not very impressive, however it still hit the spot for us on the mornings of our very busy stay.
The comfortable vibe of the social atmosphere of Aloft combined with the friendly front desk staff and sweet puppy dog presence here, made this a fantastic stay for our family of six adults.
Will definitely stay here again in the future, when we return to visit family.
The hotel itself is lovely. Very nice amenities, bar, restaurant and pool. However , we were disappointed in our room. It was difficult to find places to store items and clothes. There was only a small place to hang clothes and little counter spaces other than the sink vanity. It was really one big room with a partial wall dividing the bed from the shower and sink. The only door was for the toilet. There was an iron and no ironing board . We were there for a wedding and needed to iron a few items that wrinkled in our garment bag. Also, there were limited places to charge devices.
The beds were comfortable, the hotel had an interesting vibe which we liked . The hotel and room was clean and had a nice bar. The location of the hotel was good and the restaurants nearby were good. We liked that you were involved with dog rescue.
The floor in the room was a little sticky for some reason. We would have liked a smaller fee for the dogs.
