Pros:

The staff there was incredibly helpful in helping fix a credit card mistake they had made and fully returned over 900 dollar charge. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel in Mooresville. Pet friendly and wonderful staff.

It was an experience!
Pros:

I had always wanted to stay at Aloft. I liked the room layout. Very spacious.

Cons:

I don’t know if it was this location but it was TOO MANY pets. The lobby area was very congested with the lounge area, pet our foster dog, very small and tight check-in area. There was a group, a kids football team that was running around in the hallway, fitness area, etc. It was a new staff member that saw it all and didn’t address it. I know you can’t control who books your hotel. This was a staycation for a little relaxation and unfortunately I may have booked the wrong hotel for this.

Amazing hotel pet friendly and incredible foster dog program.
Pros:

We loved the stay the staff was incredible. We LOVED that they had a foster dog program and ended up adopting the sweetest puppy while on vacation. We will be back for sure! They hotel offers guests room visits and walks with the foster dog and it was an amazing experience.

It was disappointing and we won't book there again
Pros:

No breakfast unless you paid extra.

Cons:

Roomm was weird and not all that clean. Stains on carpet. Bed not made correctly.

Bed was comfortable. Good shower gel.

Cons:

The light in the room prevent you from turning on the light in the toilet without shining a light that goes into the sleeping area. Multiple treadmills and bikes out of order in the workout.

Becoming like family at this wonderful location!
Pros:

We just had an over night at the Mooresville location of Aloft on a bit of a long roadtrip. Everyone was so welcoming! Mustafa, the bartender, who we remembered from a couple years ago, is a chill, people person that makes his job look easy, even when he’s busy. He’s basically a bartender, service person, and concierge, as he knows many helpful tips about the Charlotte area.
We had a special treat while we were at happy hour. We met Tara, the GM of the Mooresville location. In a wonderful effort to set this location apart, she has created doggie treats for purchase and they are fantastic judging from our picky eater, Charlotte the Havanese! I think this is such a sweet way of going the extra mile to make this pet friendly chain, even friendlier! Thank you Tara! We can’t wait to pass this way again and see our friends!
