Great value for money
Pros:

Very well kept main areas and our room was great. Special thanks to Phoenix for being super helpful (as usual I’m sure) and the lad who checked us in, he was very sweet and welcoming! We all enjoyed using a waffle iron for the first time.

Horrible. Inconvenient parking and getting in and out of the building.
Cons:

I am so upset that I got woken up at 3:28 am by the phone in my room. Saying it was the front desk and asking me all sorts of questions about my credit card and how I didn’t get charged for incidentals! I was so upset I could not go back to sleep! Then as we were leaving people in the elevator were talking about how they got woken up as well by the same thing. Also the front desk as I was leaving said our personal information may have been compromised due to a phone leak or something. Horrible experience and now I have to wonder if my personal information is being used by someone.

Helpful check-in; very good breakfast and cookies; very good location—it was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go.

Won’t stay at this hotel again 🙁

Went for two nights. They did not make up the room. And never informed me it was every other day. The fridge in the room didn’t work and the power went out in half the hotel
