Lovely hotel in good location
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice rooms.
Walking distance to Broadway with lots of shops and restaurants.
Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Additional charge for parking - although car could be left all day, even after checking out.

Breakfast was very good. Loved the variety.

Cons:

The bar seemed to be an after thought. Forget the hide away theme. Too small, no draft beer, server was busy elsewhere and was in a bad mood.
This really needs an atmosphere upgrade!

I was picking up my son from college, so this was convenient and easy.
Pros:

Loved the location, loved how clean the room was and loved how clean the lobby was.

Cons:

I did not like that you had to pay to park in garage but there was convenient parking on the street so that worked out.

Pros:

Staff was excellent, breakfast was a good array of food, even the guests which we met many were extremely friendly. Felt 100% safe. Room was clean, hotel vibe was excellent!

Great location. See breakfast feedback in the didn’t like section. Very clean hotel amazing staff. The AC system is very loud.

Cons:

Breakfast and the complimentary tea service felt quite minimal for a hotel of this category. While I understand it is a chain property, the food and beverage offering felt somewhat underwhelming and basic. From a value perspective, I might have considered staying at an Airbnb instead and purchasing breakfast locally, as that may have offered a better overall experience for the price.
