Pillows smelled of vomit, staff was little to no help, extremely expensive, $1,055 for two nights, room was never cleaned and we had to seek out fresh towels! Unacceptable

July 4th In Saratoga
Pros:

This was the third time in two months my husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn. Each stay was simply perfect. The hotel desk staff were very accommodating of our need including those of our pup Sadie. A special shout-out to Ben!!! You’re the best!!!
We had mimosas with breakfast in honor of the horse racing festivities. Fireworks and music were just steps away from the hotel along with wonderful dining options. This is the very best place to stay in Saratoga - clean & friendly!

Reception staff upon arrival was excellent!

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing: the fruit was not fresh and the food and coffee needed replenishing. Parking was too expensive so we did not use it.

Great staff, pleasant decor, good amenities, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING ENTERTAINMENT.

Cons:

Worst entertainment offering of any place I’ve stayed. Garbage live channels and awful additional options of any kind. I ended up streaming on my phone, while a gorgeous 60 Main St., Suite 2C » black screen stared at me .. in TWO ROOMS!
