Friendly staff
Pros:

I had to leave for the airport around 4:00AM and was informed the night before during check-in coffee in the lobby wouldn't be available until 6:00AM. However, the young lady at the front desk had made coffee for me and it was hot and delicious. I'm sorry I cannot remember her name but she was great and I really appreciate her.

Cons:

Nothing except the airport is pretty far away but this isn't really something I'd hold against the hotel.

a place to come back to after an exhausting day.
Pros:

Staff were attentive, but not hovering. walking distance from river, at end of town. quiet, across the street from various venues, it is just a great location.

hot tub wasn't working.
