Pros:

A perfect place to wind down after long days exploring the Salar. It is clean, rooms are warms, the restaurant is delicious and the service is great!

Pros:

Very good reception experience. Good location with easy walk to our Salt Flats tour operator (Andes Expeditions). Our hotel arranged airport shuttle was on time (in both directions). The restaurant is open until late, so dinner was possible after our salt flats tour returned at 2030

Cool experience, would consider elsewhere for additional comfort.
Pros:

Everything is made of salt which provides for a super cool experience. The room was large and the bathroom even bigger, the breakfast was good, and the staff did all they could to help us feel comfortable, from arranging taxis, to providing extra cleaning services.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable/solid as a rock, and rooms have see-through glass doors letting in a ton of light and noise from the main area, which made the place very loud and difficult to sleep in.

Pros:

They a better food option as compared to the surrounding restaurants.

Cons:

I am writing to express my disappointment with two serious issues during my stay at Casa De Sal - Salt Hotel.

1. Room Access Problem
The hotel had no effective solution when I needed to re‑enter my room late at night. The front desk either had no spare key or did not know how to use it. As a result, I waited nearly two hours for staff to open the door. Additionally, there was no phone inside the room, which poses a safety risk in case of emergencies, as guests cannot easily call for help.

2. Mishandling of Lost Item
I left a necklace at the hotel during a massage session. The staff confirmed they found it and even promised to ship it to me, providing assurance that I would receive a shipping voucher. Weeks later they claimed the necklace was “lost” due to staff changes and storage issues. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the necklace holds sentimental value. If they could not commit to shipping it, they should have been upfront from the beginning.

Overall, these experiences reflect poor service and lack of accountability.

Pros:

Nice hotel in the center of town. Friendly staff. We were able to stay all day in the common area (which is a very nice place) waiting for our bus leaving in the evening. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hot water in the shower was luke warm, at best. The rooms are a bit noisy but this didn't bother us.

Pros:

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、滞在中も概ね快適でした。朝食のホットハニーミルクとプリンはお気に入りです。食事や買い物には非常に便利な立地でした。ランドリーサービスも丁寧に仕上げてくれました。シャワーの温度が熱かったのも非常に良かったです。

客室の照明がやや暗かったです。

Pros:

Mein Zimmer war riesig! Es gab zwar kein Fenster (nur eine Milchglastür zum Innenhof hinter einer Mauer versteckt), aber das war mir bei der Buchung bekannt und für eine Nacht kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Dusche wurde schneller heiß (und zwar richtig schön heiß) als vom Personal angegeben. Das Personal insgesamt war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption spricht man auch Englisch.
