Cons:

I really thought the train line would be a problem but you quickly get used to it and don’t notice after the first day. Friends stayed up the road because they wanted two bathrooms and their place was much smaller and had no kitchen!

An amazing family find in Shinjuku!
Pros:

Our host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The accomodations were as pictured with ample space and very comfortable beds. The heater/AC were fantastic and kept us very comfortable. Loved the shower and the tub. No worry about running out of hot water. The location was so convenient to transportation and excellent food and convenience stores. Also even though you're close to the hustle and bustle, it is very quiet and peaceful. You can kind of feel and hear the nearby train as it goes by but it is not intrusive, kind of helps lull you to sleep. Would definitely stay here again with my family.

Cons:

The entryway is small, so it can be crowded when you're all trying to get out and get your shoes on, or come in and out with luggage and bags. The staircase is narrow so you probably have to make multiple trips if you have several bags. Other than these minor inconveniences, there's really nothing to complain about.

Wir waren zu fünft. Das kleine Haus war perfekt für uns und sehr groß für japanische Verhältnisse. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr gut zu erreichen. Excellent stay near Shinjuku!
Pros:

Cosy and spacious apartment, everythings are great! A large living room and kitchen, nice shower, beds are comfortable, and wifi is stable. There is even a working station in a bedrrom. The host is very friendly with quick response. Self check-in is easy to follow. Excellent location with just 5 mins walk from JR station.

Cons:

The only flaw is that the apartment is quite close to railway, which could be a little bit disturbing at night especially during sleep. And would be better if there are more hangers.

The location is really good! Everything clean and in working condition. Shower was excellent!!

Cons:

The immediate area around the property is a little dirty, but that’s not something the property can do anything about. We never felt unsafe. The trains are loud and shake the property when they go by. But after a while you don’t notice them. It did not hamper my ability to to sleep.

Sadly, there is no luggage storage service available for earlier arrivials. The owner will charge a big amount of 30000

The location is great, walking distance to shops, station and restaurants.

Cons:

The back of the property is right next to the railway, making the house a bit of shakes when the train passing.

Pros:

The house is very big and clean. Rooms are spacious. The location is very good and only 4 mins to metro station. Kitchen equipment with a lot of utensils. 2 toilets are important for the group.

Cons:

Too close to the station. Can feel vibration in the early morning when trains near the station.
