Globally good, but not as amazing as expected
Pros:

The location, it is calm, white sandy beach
The staff is really amazing, they always find solution, always available, super friendly.
The breakfast is fabulous

Cons:

Our room was smelling like humidity, the sheets were a little wet cause by that. Sometimes i had the impression that it was not so clean. Also some rooms are closed to their electric generator, that cause a lot of painful noise making impossible to sleep without earplug. I was expecting more on the room, one didn’t even have some plug in the bathroom…

Traumhaft. Wir hatten das Zimmer „Tulik 4“ - ein traumhaftes Domizil für insgesamt 7 Nächte.
Pros:

Super Personal. Wir haben uns perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders das Personal an der Rezeption und insbesondere Andrea waren um unser Wohl sehr bemüht und konnten unseren Aufenthalt zu einer ganz besonderen Zeit machen.

Amazing location
Pros:

We had the ocean view room that has an amazing view. The staff is amazing in particular reception people so helpful. You can use some of the facilities in the sister hotel.

Cons:

I agree with some of the comments regarding breakfast although the staff was very generous and always asked us if we wanted more.

Lovely place to stay for a relaxing holiday - would defo recommend!
Pros:

The hotel was impeccably maintained and featured a stunning jungle path leading to the beach. The exterior and sand were cleaned daily. The location is fantastic, offering a private beach section with exclusive sunbeds. Our room was quite spacious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Cons:

Although the breakfast was included it was only very basic selection (croissants, yoghurts, coffees, juices). Full breakfasts were extra price.

Great memorable stay. Forever Tulum!
Pros:

- exceptional stay
- great location of the hotel directly on the beach with private day beds
- friendly staff at the reception and maids
- waiters at the beach bar were always very helpful and friendly
- I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience authentic Tulum.
- practically everything you need on vacation is nearby. Renting their bikes is free for the time of the stay.

Alles war einfach perfekt, vor allem die freundlichen Angestellten (insbesondere Juan Carlos und Jesus!) haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Einzigartigem gemacht

Cons:

Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: fehlendes Mosquitonetz. Dadurch, dass die Hütten so hohe Dächer haben, war es nicht möglich, alle Mücken zu finden.

An amazing stay!
Pros:

We went on a girls trip in Tulum and Nest was such an amazing place to stay. The rooms were really nice, clean and spacious. The grounds itself felt like a beachside sanctuary. The location was great and in walking distance to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The staff were what made our stay so memorable and perfect, they were so accommodating and friendly and helped us wherever they could. A special mention to Edgar, he was amazing!! I’d highly recommend Nest.
