Ten hotel to największa porażka mojego pobytu w Japonii ; hotel jest stary i zużyty , personel nie mówi po angielsku; zatkał nam się kran 🚰 i nie zostało to naprawione , nie działał też kabel hdmi do TV . Bardzo mało miejsca w pokoju / po otwarciu małej walizki nie było już jak się poruszać / brak szafy . Po tym jak nie naprawiono nam kranu i tv postanowiłam odwołać rezerwację gdyż mogłam to zrobić po 1 nocy ; odwołałam przez booking i kilka minut później o godz 23:40 dzwonili do mnie do pokoju że mam natychmiast przyjść na recepcję opłacić tą jedną noc / a przecież była już opłacona przez booking/ wiec zbiegłam szybko w pidżamie i de facto zapłaciłam dwa razy za tą noc / dopiero później pisałam maile o zwrot i ostatecznie oddano mi pieniądze ale dopiero po mailach przez booking/ . Ogólnie porażka.

Zimmer viel zu klein !!!

Hübsches Hotel, gutes Frühstück, nette Staff!

Cons:

Das Zimmer für über 200 € war schon sehr !!! klein. Man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Wir hatten schon bei dieser Hotelkette in Tokio gewohnt , da war es wesentlich größer und gemütlicher. Es wäre auch ganz schön wenn die Staff den Gästen mit Ihrem Gepäck etwas zur Hand gehen würden !!!!

Modern és tiszta szállás Kiotó központjában.
Pros:

Szép új és nagyon tiszta szálloda, egyenesen Kiotó központjában. A hotel fürdője nagyon kellemes, jó élmény volt kipróbálni. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a személyzet nagyon kedves.

Cons:

A reggeli lehetne picit bőségesebb, a 3. napon már kicsit unalmasnak találtuk. Ketten utaztunk, 1 nagy bőrönddel utaztunk és két kisebb bőrönddel és nehéz volt a pakolás, nincs hova kipakolni a ruháinkat.

Great location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Great location, luxurious onsen which isn't too busy. Comfortable beds, perhaps a little hard
Powerful and good shower
Room fairly small but not a bad size for Japan e.g. enough space to open suitcases

Cons:

No proper water machines to refill water
Tea and coffee machine at reception turned off every morning, which is probably when people want it most
Would be helpful if bath towels were provided for onsen use

Pros:

Location was perfect, very central but also not chaos at your door step too! The hotel itself was absolutely amazing and I’d be booking it if I was to ever be lucky enough to come back to Japan! The staff greeted you everytime they met you and were so pleasant to deal with! 10/10

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Perfect stay! Helped us for early check in. Hot tub is perfect for relax after a long walk. Clean and big rooms compare to other Japan hotels. Location is in center
