Good and highly recommended hotel
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, good staff

Cons:

There is no laundry room in the hotel, although they arrange to send it for a fee and it takes a day to return. There is a laundry about a 10-minute walk away, but in July it is very hot and less comfortable.

Stylish and spacious hotel in the middle of town
Pros:

Very well situated hotel, near the main tourist area and subway access to go to more remote sights. Rooms are spacious and it has a very stylish look.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was ok, but not great value for money. You can order very nice dishes during breakfast though.

Nous avons adoré Kyoto. L’hôtel y a fortement contribué.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait à proximité du quartier de Gion, des transports (Kawaramachi), des boutiques et du marché de Nishiki.

Hotel très calme et magnifiquement décoré.

Personnel au petit soin et très efficace et professionnel.

Mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est absolument fantastique.

Cons:

Un espace avec des machines à laver aurait pu être utile (surtout avec la canicule estivale) mais c’est très accessoire.

Great hotel, very clean and new with a fantastic location right in the middle of downtown Kyoto.
Pros:

Great hotel. Hotel and facilities were very new and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was the best location if you want to be near the heart of Kyoto, with only a few steps to the intersection of Shijo-Kawarmarchi and hence close to all public transport.

Cons:

We couldn't really fault the hotel. As mentioned earlier the hotel is located in the middle of Kyoto, so if you were looking for a more peaceful and tranquil stay this is probably not the place to stay, but in saying that though, we couldn't hear any pedestrian or traffic noise from our room.

Amazing onsen, went there every night. Beautiful property, excellent location.
Pros:

The onsen was so amazing! I wasn't expecting that level of luxury, beauty, and stillness. Best onsen I've visited in Japan. Plus, the property is in the perfect location, right by shopping, transportation, Gion district, the river, and YET it was perfectly quiet. I really wish we could have experienced the on-site temple, but it was closed when we were there. Even so, the place was amazing. I bought an incense holder from a nearby shop because I loved the one in the hotel lobby!

Cons:

I wish the temple had been open, or that I had known it wouldn't be open when I booked.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location in Kyoto in yhe hurt of everything! clean and specious rooms (we took two rooms of 24 mr each for a family of four) breakfast was good. Highly recommended!

Una chicca in centro a KYOTO
Pros:

La struttura ha superato le mie aspettative, ubicata in una laterale strategica, è appena fuori dalla strada principale dunque si può godere di relax e quiete. le camere sono più grandi dello standard giapponese, ci ritornerei subito per la sua comodità. ps struttura eccezionale in termini di pulizia e servizi!
