Tranquil place.
Pros:

Amazing place to stay with everything nearby and hotel staff were very good and makes your stay extra special.
Never had any problem of any sort with the room or any of the services they had to offer.

Cons:

Really cannot think of any since the place itself is very peaceful.

Easy & Comfy
Pros:

Great location, fantastic shower, yummy but oddly ice cream focussed breakfast restaurant on the first floor. Seven-11 on site, which was fun. The room smelled fantastic and the pajamas provided were super comfy and a nice treat for travelers.

Cons:

Kind of tight quarters, but I think most Tokyo hotels are pretty compact (and who's spending all of there time in the room, anyway?). The laundry room was a bit of an ordeal --only 3 machines for the whole building, so kind of competitive to get in there

This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location is outstanding. The way it is located on the property it feels very private but is right in the middle of downtown and close to so many places we like.

Cons:

The room we had was a little small for all of our luggage.

A great hotel in a convenient location in Kyoto
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. One of the best I ever had in Japan. As well as the room with a view of a temple and the Japanse bath which was available for the Hotel guests. Last but not least the hotel is located very central and close to the old town of Kyoto.

Cons:

The stay was too short. I would have liked to stay longer 😉

Great location, room is clean, public hot tub to relax
Pros:

Clean, best location for shopping and night walk, public hot tub

Cons:

Ugh unfortunately the front desk made a mistake over hotel charge. We had to fix it later. That made me uncomfortable

Excellent!
Pros:

Excellent, friendly and accomodating staff. The hotel itself was fabulous. The room was very comfortable and in a prime location. Really had such a great time here, would definitely book if I had the opportunity to visit Kyoto again.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but really all we needed for a 2 day trip.
