Lovely, comfortable stay in a great location with as beautiful onsen to unwind.
Pros:

Liked the central location, very accommodating staff and the Onsen. The Onsen was amazing. So peaceful and well maintained.

Cons:

The room was slightly smaller than I expected, but I think that’s to be expected in Kyoto. Our view was also the wall of the neighbouring building, but we weren’t bothered by that. It would be handy to have a reminder to bring your own towels to the Onsen as there aren’t any there.

L'emplacement est parfait, 👍 réception de l'hôtel dans l'art japonais , très Zen.

Cons:

Le matelas et les coussins ne sont pas confortables très durs. Le petit déjeuner étant japonais, difficile de manger. Heureusement à côté de l'hôtel nous avons pu prendre un bon petit déjeuner continental.

Fabulous staff, and an ideally located, cool hotel - the perfect base for a first time trip to Kyoto
Pros:

Perfectly located near Nishiki Market and a short walk from Gion and Pontocho Alley. The hotel is sleek, well appointed and the onsen, whilst small, was very serene. Huge comfy bed and everything you need in a room whilst exploring Kyoto.
