Pros:

A tengerhez közvetlenül a szállodából jut le az ember. Csodálatos kilátás a szobából és a reggeliző helységből. Előny, hogy van saját medence, ami ingyenes. A tengerparton fizetni kell a napágyért és a napernyőért. Átlagos éttermében szintén a tengerre nyúló teraszon lehet a la carte étkezni.

Cons:

Borzasztó recepciós személyzet. Érkezéskor várni kellett, hogy valaki megjelenjen ( negyed óra )
A második nap elromlott a szobában a légkondi, 34 fok kint 27 éjszaka a szobában. A recepciós gondtalanul nyomogatta a műkörmeivel a telefonját a székében csücsülve, annyit nem mondott, hogy elnézést.

Hotel ima izuzetno dobru lokaciju u Opatiji, generalno lijep i cist hotel, ali s određenim nedostacima.

Cons:

Dobili smo sobu u kojoj se jako cula ventilacija restorana sto nam je i spomenuto na recepciji prilikom check-in-a u hotel. Ukoliko su prozori zatvoreni i klima radi zvuk je podnosljiv, ali nije moguce otvoriti prozor jer je preglasno tako da također niti balkon nije upotrebljiv. Dobro je jedino sto kasno navecer i rano ujutro ta ventilacija restorana ne radi.
Odabrali smo sobu s balkonom i pogledom na more, ali pogled na more je narusen "krovom restorana" (slika u prilogu).
Dorucak nazalost nije na razini hotela s cetiri zvjezdice, ali je u redu.

Hôtel hätte mehr potenzial
Pros:

Top Lage mit sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Narzisa vom Frühstücksservice – immer freundlich, mit einem herzlichen Lächeln und einem ausgezeichneten, aufmerksamen Service. Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar schön, leider entspricht der Rest nicht den Erwartungen.

Der Strand wirkt ungepflegt und die Toiletten an der Strandbar sind unangenehm und riechen stark. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle zusätzlich bezahlt werden müssen und trotzdem nicht einmal für saubere Sanitäranlagen gesorgt wird.

Das Frühstück ist sehr eintönig und wirkt qualitativ eher günstig, ohne viel Auswahl oder Abwechslung. Zudem haben wir zweimal wegen des TV-Programms reklamiert, ohne dass das Problem behoben wurde.

Schade, denn mit mehr Aufmerksamkeit für Sauberkeit, Service und Qualität hätte das Hotel deutlich mehr Potenzial.

Waterfront hotel with wonderful views and a very good breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The view from the room was spectacular and the breakfast was very good. The availability of parking was a bonus as well.

Cons:

The room was small but in Europe they often are.
