The staff was very congenial and professional. This makes a great difference.

The staff were great and the room clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if needed.

The room was fine. I have to say the bed was one of the best and most comfortable. However, there should be a chair in the room. There was an enormous amount of space on the side of the bed that a chair could have gone in. Items in the bathroom, where rusty such as the garbage can Kleenex Container, etc.. There seems to be a brown stain on the business chair at the desk… Very leery of that

Excellent location and great service

The hotel is in a perfect spot—just minutes from restaurants, gas stations, and local attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful across all shifts.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Although the space was limited, the food was flavorful, served at the right temperature, and the area was spotless. A particularly attentive gentleman made sure guests felt welcome and assisted anyone with questions about the breakfast service. The waffle station, coffee, and juice options were a great touch.

Highly recommended for families, especially if you’re in town for sports events. Great value and convenience all around.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown, but overall stay was short and good.

Hot water went out. The guy at the counter said really and walked off. Our scheduled checkout was that day, but a cold shower sucked.

Nice location for a conference

Everything was ok

Very disappointed. I paid $165 for one night and the room was, although updated, dirty. It smelled like dirty sweaty on the chair and the pillows and the carpet had food crumbs behind the trash can and in front of the window. The carpet on the 4th floor hallway was way past its expiration. I slept in the smaller office chair and left early AM. Ive stayed at Hampton Inn's in the past but never at the one in OFallon Ill and i will never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and DONT STAY HERE

When checking in, we were notified of no hot water. Told someone was coming to fix it. It never got fixed, so we couldn’t even shower. This was difficult on my two elderly parents. I got the room w/points, but no concessions or offer of concession was made. I asked for at least points added to my Marriot account & because it was booked on Expedia, they said they couldn’t.

One thing that was not really enjoyable with the stay was you could constantly hear footsteps above us I don’t know if there were young children but the ceiling seemed like it was coming down at times. I am thankful they stopped by 9 pm at least or I would have asked the attendant to ask them to be a little more quieter. Maybe the walls are a bit thinner, but we stayed at a best western in Missouri and didn’t hear anything next to us. It wasn’t as nice and clean but it was far more quieter and we were able to rest.
Loved the smell of the shampoo conditioner and soap!! Very pleasant, and worked well!!

Quick on/off interstate access. Clean hotel. Lots of restaurant options. Would stay here again.
