Hyde Beach House

We loved our stay with our 3 older kids. The pools were great, view amazing. The staff in front including Fiona, Stan and Pat were patient, helpful and friendly every day even during the busiest time of the year. Valet team was amazing especially Daniel. Also very busy and he was always friendly but professional and they ran things smoothly. Loved how you could text for your car and it would be waiting. Only issue was elevators which would get backed up from 11-1. But only during busiest couple of days.

Everything was so good.
Specially ther service and help we got from Thomas Jean Roselvad. He was GREAT! He helped us a lot sindñce we arrive, he was very kind and gentle he helped with the luggage, he attended every question in a very uselful and respecful way.
He made our staying there easier.

Gina was amazing with her service and made our overall experience memorable! Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again!

The pools are beautiful. The location is central. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Our receptionist Stan was super helpful and kind

Ana was incredible when I had a 1:1 yoga session with her. As a new comer to yoga she was kind, gracious and helped me get the most out of every pose through gentle correction and encouragement. I am so glad I made the time for me and had Ana as a guide 10/10 recommend!!

STAN WAS AMAZING he owns the front desk in customer hospitality I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to accommodate me in my one of many trips to the Hyde on the weekends give my man a pay raise or something he really makes my day

I recently joined a yoga class at the Hide Hotel during my trip to Miami, and if I’m not mistaken, the instructor’s name was Anna. It ended up being one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever experienced. Her warm, calming presence made the whole practice feel incredibly grounding and inspiring. I walked out feeling lighter, more centered, and genuinely grateful. If you ever get the chance to take her class, I highly recommend it.

Stan is the best around. Amazing customer service! And Jean, and Claudio were absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they each brought outstanding professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect, answered all my questions, and provided the kind of attentive, high-quality service that truly stands out. Their positive energy and dedication made my experience unforgettable. This team is a true asset — thank you all for the amazing service!

The Hyde hotel was everything we expected and more! From the amazing view, accommodations to the amenities. Me and my fiance came here for our birthdays and we’re also able to bring our children and everyone had a blast!

My family and I stayed at Hyde Beach House for ten days as we were visiting for medical reasons. Ana and Stan were so welcoming and caring. They took care of us from day one! All the valet staff to housekeeping staff were so polite and understanding and VERY welcoming. We had a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and it was perfect for the 5 of us (3 adults, 2 kids). The views were beautiful and the unit had everything we needed, a home away from home. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Miami and I will be back every time!

Upon arrival, our host, Paola whose supporter is Dameia, greeted us with immense kindness. Paola thoroughly explained resort policies and expectations for the duration of our stay and answered our follow-up questions accurately. The suite and balcony were spacious and exceeded expectations. Parking was mandatory valet and a bit pricey but worth it given we never had a wait time and our vehicle was safe. The location was quiet and enjoyable. Our suite overlooked the local waterway and it was pleasant to watch the yachts and boats coast by and the lifting of the bridge. The on site eatery and bar was operating on seasonal hours, which was a bummer, but the sister location did suffice. We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful Saturday morning yoga session with Andrea that couldn’t have started my weekend off better. A delicious slow flow, and Andrea’s welcomed adjustments made way for a positive, gratitude filled session among the group. Will be taking her classes as much as possible. Thank you!

talk about a WOW experience! starting with Pat that saved my day. I was having an awful experience with another booking, decided to go Hyde Beach House.. within minutes of booking, i received early check in. And also Stan was definitely the man, ensuring i had the right room to my liking. special thanks to Jean providing outstanding customer service while helping with my luggage.

The place was clean staff was friendly
