It’s cheap I’ll give it that and the hot water is a bonus but if you are sensitive to mold do not stay here.

Dirty, mold, couldn’t use the air conditioner due to so much mold, no coffee, TV didn’t work

Nos colaboraron con la música , comida , hielo , son super atentos .
Nuestro vuelo llegó a CR horas antes del check in y ellos nos resolvieron habitación.
Exc!!

Pros:

Picked this place for location. But it’s outdated and an older hotel. Staff barely speaks English but were VERY friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was great. Nice pool in the property. Restaurant/bar next door with night time karaoke if you’re in to that. AC worked GREAT. Rooms were spacious but need updating. The bathroom lacked a mirror, so ladies must use the mirror in the bedroom area. But great price and if you’re only there to sleep, worth it. Great location close to other sight seeing areas.

Cons:

The pool was full of filth. Pop bottles and dead bugs. The bathroom had rat or rodent pop on the toilet and in the shower. Doesn’t look like anything’s been cleaned in a while. We ended up not staying and finding another place to stay.

Pros:

Water leaking from the ceiling. No coffee maker or glasses for drinking water. Bathroom was dirty. Freezer in the room was also dirty.
Wifi worked great. Staff very nice but did not speak English.

Pros:

Room was out dated……no hot water in the shower. Beautiful rain forest surroundings…..saw a few Hummingbirds…..heard loud sounds from monkeys deep in the forest. Enjoyed watching the local people at the pool area. Very friendly local guests next door to us….they shared their breakfast.

Great hotel, but my room had some issues.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was great, except for a broken shower-heat heater. The water here is much colder than other Latin American hotels, so this resulted in truly icy showers.
