Probably the worst customer service in Jakarta
Pros:

One of the worst customer service hotel in Indonesia. I arrived hotel at 12am and it was closed , none at the reception and no instruction si given anywhere. I had to make some calls so that someone from mamagement call the receptionist who was probably sleeping to come and see me. The rooms are super small and housekeeping wont provide an additional towel if u request. No hairdrier provided.

Pros:

Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners.
