Pros:

Es un robo y una estafa, reservé una habitación y me hicieron el cargo, a los pocos minutos se comunicaron del hotel a mi celular directamente diciéndome que la aplicación estaba mal y que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles y que tenía que cancelar en la aplicación sabiendo que en la aplicación si cancelo no me devuelven el dinero a lo que me dijeron que ellos se iban a encargar de devolver el dinero por medio de la aplicación y nunca lo hicieron. y cuando puse un reporte para la solicitud del reembolso la aplicación me dijo que el hotel no había autorizado el reembolso... y me quedé sin habitación y sin dinero. Pésimo servicio

Hice reservación x medio de ustedes y al llegar al hotel nos dijeron q esa habitación ya había Sido reservada q no tenían q hacerme ustedes la reserva ...volví a pagar un hotel q tiene convenio con ellos diciéndome q tenía q pagar y ustedes me tienen q devolver mi dinero...q ellos mandaron reporte a su página... Necesitó mi devolución..

No me gustó que no tiene estacionamiento y el lugar en el que se guardó la camioneta es muy estrecho para entrar, se pueden rayar los coches o golpear
