It was horrible and felt like a prison/jail. It smelled awful and the bed was a pull out type bed.
Pros:

The location but we left immediately and booked another room at another hotel.

Cons:

The pictures online are false advertisement. This hotel is a trap house/prison.

It was a cold smelly experience and you truly get what you pay for.
Pros:

It was down the road from the venue. Staff seemed nice, I guess.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not function properly. It was colder than a hospital in there, and the thermostat seemed to be stuck on a default setting of 65 degrees. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that all of their air conditioners worked the same way. I was freezing, and the only solution they offered was for me to wait until morning for maintenance.

The entire building also smelled extremely bad. Every room had a different smell (lobby, hall, entry ways, elevator, individual room all had a different smelly smell) I did not even stay for a full night, and the smell still managed to get into my clothes. The room was not as clean as you would expect a hotel room to be. It felt more like a low-maintenance extended-stay property where staff only do surface cleaning between long-term guests instead of thoroughly deep-cleaning the rooms. Some of the dirt and grime from the previous guest appeared to have been left behind.

There were also noisy pets, cigarette burns on the toilet seat, and when I first entered the bathroom, the toilet seat had been left up, which seemed like an attempt to hide the burns. Overall, the condition of the room and building was unacceptable.
