Molto automatizzata ma con staff sempre pronto ad essere di supporto.
Aveva la lavanderia a pagamento con cambio comodo in reception e tempi sullo schermo della tv in camera e comodo servizio di sottovuoto (che ho pensato di utilizzare solo dopo aver spedito i bagagli, ahimè).
Ottima la possibilità di spedire loro i bagagli, meno comodo poiché on line, il servizio di spedizione, ma ce la di cava.

とても良い！京都に来る時は利用したい！

五条駅徒歩1分ほど、京都駅と四条駅の間で中心地に近く立地◯
部屋も広く風呂、トイレ別でベッドも広く快適でした

Cons:

たまたま利用しようとした室内のマグカップが汚れていた点　使わない人からすれば気にならないと思います
