A great layover in a very cute city
Pros:

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The Onsen was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was large and delicious. The location was excellent. Very close to everything in the very cute City of Matsumoto. Beds were comfortable. Pillows and pyjamas to choose from. The hotel organized shipping our luggage for us. It was such an easy process because of them. Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent.

Cons:

Small rooms, but larger than Tokyo.

Super convenient location close to the railway station, with attentive and kind staff. A little bit tight for two people to be in the room (although double bed), and the bathroom/toilet is really small, but fairly new and very clean and functional. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice!

Cons:

It is rather tight, especially around the bathroom area and inside.

Confort gigante para un hotel pequeñito!
Pros:

Para mi es de 10 el desayuno, el onsen, la calidad del colchon y las almohadas, todos los artículos de aseo son de califad, atención exquisita! Llegamos con coche, parking justo al lado, cubierto y barato! La zona es excelente, puedes ir caminando a las principales visitas.
