Pros:

I booked 15 rooms for my 22 out of town family members who traveled to be at my annual celebration at my home in Margeaux Place in WLR. My family was not treated as I had hoped - it was hit and miss! I will not use that "UPSCALE" hotel again.

Good Stay Overall, Fair for the Price
Pros:

We had a good stay overall. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. The only downside was that the beds and pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, so I didn’t feel as well-rested when I woke up. Overall, Aloft felt reliable, comfortable, and fair for the price.

Sai is the Best!!
Pros:

Omgoodness this place was incredible. The vibe at night is great with live music but what makes this special is Sai! We met him as soon as we arrived. He made us feel like family immediately. He made sure our needs were met and knew he was around to help. The next day he made sure to find us and say hello (by name)! How is he not running for President?! He’s got my vote.

Handled a Weird Situation Flawlessly
Pros:

I had a reservation at this property however, due to a maintenance issue, they could not accommodate me. Issues happen, and I wanted to highlight how well they handled this. They had me on my way to the same room type, at a nearby Marriott property, for the same rate, within 5 minutes. They also handled the payment on the back end meaning nothing changed for me. While I would’ve loved to have gotten to see the rooms, the lobby was nice and the overall helpfulness and attitude of those helping me put this hotel in a good light.
