Location on the Shinsaibashi shopping street and close to the subway. The size of the room was very good. Washing machine in every room.

Cons:

The bed was hard. One of the reception staff in the night hours was quite rude. The washing machine in our room was without dryer which was incorrectly informed. We had to hang the clothes in the bathroom and switch the heater on. There were not sufficient hangers and we did not get additional hangers upon request. You get 3 options for breakfast places. No buffet and the amount of food you got was minimal which will leave you hungry 30 minutes after eating. The cleaning is only once in 3 days although you can get fresh towels everyday from the reception. The checkout is 10 AM. if you write a review you will get an extension for until 12:00.

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Shinsaibashi so everything you need was literally at your finger tips.
Room was a great size for family of 4 as well. Having a balcony was lovely too.

Cons:

The smoking room was right next to the entry so you had to walk through a cloud of second-hand smoke every time you entered the lobby.
Could also do with a small hanger system to peg up undies and socks to dry.

The hotel is just beside the shopping district. The room has all the necessities for a family. They provided dishwashing water bottles, liquid, sponge, and laundry detergent which is very nice considering we checked in very late and was not able to buy at the convenience store. They do room cleaning every 3 days but I hope it can be shortened to 1-2 days since we have a toddler that needs diaper changing. They also let us check out late at 12pm and let us leave the luggage within the day for FREE!

Cons:

There is a smell in the toilet that doesn't go away. It is the same smell from a public toilet so we thought it is normal.
