A comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel—highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious for Japan standards and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location in Shinsaibashi was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and transport, making it very convenient for exploring Osaka. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

心斎橋駅近くの便利なロケーション
Pros:

ロケーション抜群（商店街そば）。ベッドの寝心地が良かった。バス、トイレも含め新しい設備で心地よく利用できた。たまたま４人部屋を一人で利用させてもらい、ラッキーといった反面、広すぎて持て余した。フロントの皆さんが親切でよかった。

Un desastre. Tuvimos que marcharnos la primera nocheaá

La ubicación

Cons:

Nos tuvimos que marchar del hotel después de pase la primera noche.
Lo único que tiene bueno es la ubicación. El resto es penoso. Un olor a cloaca saliendo del baño que inunda toda la habitación, no tiene persiana y la cortina deja pasar toda la luz, haciendo que sea muy difícil dormir. Sucio para los estándares Japoneses,, con una cama tremendamente dura, con enchufes encima de la cabeza y sin interruptores de luz alrededor de la cama, con lo que tienes que levantarte de la cama para apagar o encender cualquier luz.
Todo muy lejos de los estándares japoneses que hemos visto en las dos últimas semanas. Pedimos el rembolso y lo negaron. Aún así, hicimos el checkout después de la primera noche (teníamos pagadas 3 noches) y nos fuimos a un 5 estrellas que encima era más barato (Por cierto se llama Centara Grand Hotel Osaka)

It was amazing, a well-equipped apartment, perfect location.
Pros:

The apartment was large and well-equipped. We enjoyed buying meats at the supermarket and grilling them in the apartment. That's how we enjoyed the Wagyu meat at a very reasonable price. The location of the apartment is amazing. You get out of the apartment and you are in the center of things. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Osaka.
