Pros:

Everything! The room was amazing. Fit is big group perfectly! It’s like being home away from home. The location was outstanding super close to everything from metro to shopping area! Had such a wonderful stay, will definitely be back for sure!

Pros:

The location is very good, a short walk from main area of dondoburi and many shops and food to see along the way back to Hotel. The best thing is daiso is few steps away only.

Cons:

The hotel does not provide coffee and we have to request and can only buy tokens to get from coffee machine at lobby. Upon asking, staff said Japanese dont really drink coffee thus not provided in the room which I thought was a bit ridiculous as all hotels I been to in Japan will provide.
Although its called Hotel but they only change and clean every 3 days.
Their was no phone in the room to call reception which was super inconvenient.
Only 1 lift and small and have to wait quite a while sometimes. Luckily not many units.
Baggage also need to pay if we need leave the concierge when checked out.

In a very good location with easy access to the metro station. It is quite and peaceful and only a short walk to the busy dotonbori

Fantastic location. Right near Shinsaibashi sumo shopping street.

Cons:

The pillows were absolutely horrific, like sleeping on rocks and I refused to pay $5 a day for a softer pillow.
