Definitely recommend this very central location and lovely facilities
Pros:

Check in was easy, the hotel staff were lovely, explained everything in fabulous english thankfully as my japanese is woeful! We had a perfect room for us, with 6 beds in it, a kitchenette, small balcony, as well as a decent sized bathroom, seperate shower room, and toilet, with washing machine in room. Location was the winner, a short walk to Shinsaibashi station and all of the shopping within a few minutes walk.

We were given vouchers each day for three seperate locations we could have breakfast at, but as we were up and moving super early never got to use these.

Easy access here from Shin-Osaka and also super easy heading to attractions via Uber/Go/Train, we did not use local buses but still would have been a breeze.

Cons:

Not really anything I didn't like about this place.
As far as value, location and comfort are concerned all get A+ (Except the pillows, they were not amazing, but you cannot have everything perfect!!)

Pros:

雖然離心齋橋站有400公尺，但因為可以走商店街，所以感覺不遠，路上還有超商、麥當勞、大創、扭蛋店、藥妝店可以逛，非常方便，房間很大，也有洗衣機(附洗衣精1包)、微波爐、烤箱可用，非常齊全，飯店是用密碼鎖不用擔心鑰匙忘記帶很棒，接待人員也很親切，加大雙人床房的玄關很大，可以放嬰兒推車。
另外，加大雙人床是2張單人床併再一起的，所以床中間會凸凸的。

Cons:

無意間發現床底很髒，有很厚的灰塵與過去房客遺落的東西，建議定期清理。另外原本有打算洗衣服，但發現洗衣機有一點味道，所以就沒有使用。

Cons:

There were miscommunication regarding the cleaning schedule and the night front desk promised to clean our room the next day but nobody come. When we request at least for trash to be taken out nobody comes again until another front desk staff personally help us to collect the trash.

Not what it used to be.
Pros:

Location. Cleanliness.

Cons:

Modified Family Rooms.
2nd Floor Rooms.

This is our 2nd stay after in 3 years
During our first stay we had adjoining rooms as a family room. Each with 3 single beds.

They have since modified the rooms with bunk beds to sleep up to 6 people in one room.
Nothing wrong with that but the modification seem to have been a budget fix.

Awkward power point locations on the lower bunk beds means that you would have to leave your phone charging on the bed because the points are in the middle.

The room size is too small to accommodate 4 people comfortably, let alone 6 people.
The room given to us had no day curtains. Which meant we had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy from the building across the street as we were on the 2nd floor.

The reception area and "lobby" area is located on the 2nd floor. And if you are given a room on the 2nd floor, it means that you open your room door diagonally opposite the lift and you will be in full view of other guests in the "lobby" or guests waiting for the lift every time you opened the door. This really annoyed me.

For the price, much better accommodation are available in the area, albeit without 'family' rooms.

Good affordable stay in a good location.
Pros:

It was a good location. Central 2 a lot of things.

Cons:

Some of the things like the chairs were in disrepair. Some of the walls need to be scrubbed as well. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some lamps so that individuals could go to sleep while others are still doing their work.

It is an enjoyable stay and we will come again.
