breakfast was not enough, when we retruned to our room was not clean by room service. we called the room service 3 times finaly someone came after 40 minutes

Es cómoda la habitación y el lugar perfecto para el propósito de mi viaje
Había una sola señorita del aseo en mi piso y mi habitación se atendía ya casi cerca de las 6pm. Las áreas comunes estaban sucias porque hubo mucha agente en el hotel. El piso del elevador duró 2 días batido (como que se cayó yougurt o algo similar) y con las pisadas se puso peor..
Un mesero nos pidió propina en el desayuno. Eso no se pide, se gana. Siempre dejo, pero me molestó la actitud. Dejamos de desayunar ahí el domingo y lunes.
Soy cliente de varias sedes suyas en circunstancias similares, y Apizaco, Toluca-Aeropuerto, Gran Sur Monterrey BIEN, esta sede de Providencia Guadalajara no estuvo tan bien.
