A acomodação é incrível! As fotos não entregam o quão bonito é o lugar e aconchegante. Bonito, bem decorado. E a educação e receptividade de absolutamente todos os funcionários foi incrível. Um destaque especial para o café da manhã, que comida incrível!!!

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto térreo, se você tem sono leve, há ruídos do quarto acima, mas nada exagerado.

Pros:

La struttura è bellissima, molto curata nei particolari e trasmette tranquillità e pace. Il clima che si respira è molto familiare, il personale è sempre accogliente, gentile e attento, pronto a dare consigli e a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Il ristorante è eccellente e serve sia la colazione che la cena. È immersa nella foresta per cui è suggestivo anche solo ascoltare i versi degli animali e il fruscío delle piante sostando negli spazi all’aperto o durante un caldo bagno in piscina. Il centro benessere prevede una serie ben assortita di massaggi. Io ne ho provato uno solo e l’ho trovato rigenerante.

Cons:

Manutenção do local deixou a desejar... Tive que pedir para arrumar um prego no deck da piscina que estava exposto e obras de arte como uma cobra gigante da piscina que estava lascada

Pros:

The staff were incredible and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel was like staying in a little slice of paradise. Caio, Andre and the other guys who's names I didn't get to know were so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Breakfast made by Chef Vinicius was delicious and the perfect start to the day. I got a massage from Alini and her hands are like magic. I hope to be back here again soon! What a perfect way to get to know Ilhabela. Thank you Templo do Ser!
