Rooms are twice the size and vale of beachfront, views way better . If you don’t mind hiring a car or bike this place is superb. Staff amazing, a lot of small details covered. As good as Sala rooms at over twice the price. Breakfast excellent and more flex than menu suggests. Restaurant has best views on the island and good thai food fair vale also. Very close to a few high end restaurants at bottom of hill by Bangrak market. If you want to go to the beach plenty of free parking and sunbeds on offer in Chon Mon or Chaweng and some in Bangrak beach not as good. Pool is excellent

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND CHECK INTO THIS HOTEL! It costs a lot of money, and the service and competence are at zero. Upon check-in, they wanted to check in a room of a lower category. When he began to show them that this was the wrong number in the photo, they called some Fat man with tattoos on his face and he began to prove that the number was the same. We talked calmly, then he started screaming to send us for 3 letters, waving his hands. In the end, we were simply kicked out of the hotel and did not want to return the money. It all happened when he had nothing to say. It's good that booking got into the situation and returned everything.

We had to urgently look for another hotel.

Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Al het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en attent. Het verblijf heeft een heerlijk prive zwembad voor gasten met geweldig uitzicht. Bij het verblijf zit een heerlijk restaurant waar ook het ontbijt verzorgd wordt. Verder zijn de faciliteiten super! Hele grote gym met zeezicht en kan er een scooter gehuurd worden. Tuurlijk ligt het op een berg, maar daar kies je voor als je dit uitzicht wil hebben. Wij verbleven in kamer 9. Mocht je de mogelijkheid hebben om deze kamer te boeken, is dit absoluut een aanrader! Kortom; dit moet je gewoon doen!

This was already our second stay at the Unique Boutique Hotel, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations.

The location is outstanding. The hotel is beautifully set on a hillside, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the entire bay. Whether during the day or in the evening, the scenery is simply stunning. The hotel features a wonderful pool landscape: one pool is located right next to the Mighty Restaurant and Pool Lounge, perfect for enjoying the view with a drink or a meal, while the second pool near the rooms offers a more private and tranquil atmosphere—ideal for sunbathing and relaxing in peace.

The staff truly make this place special. Everyone is incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, while remaining highly professional at all times. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. Whether it was organizing excursions, providing recommendations, or helping with any requests, the team was always helpful, proactive, and kind.

The Maihty Pool & Restaurant deserves special mention. The food is excellent, beautifully prepared, and consistently high in quality. The service is just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

Although the hotel is located slightly uphill, this is not a drawback at all. The hotel offers a shuttle service down to the main road and to the Green Place, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, and shopping options.
If you’re looking for a bit more buzz, a short taxi ride of about 6 minutes takes you to Fisherman’s Village, with its charming atmosphere, excellent restaurants, and lively vibe.
And for those wanting full-on nightlife—with beach parties and lots of action—the famous Chaweng Beach is only about 7 minutes away.

One thing we particularly appreciate is the peace and quiet in the evenings. From 10:00 PM onward, the hotel ensures a calm and respectful atmosphere so guests can truly relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep.
