Costo di un 5 stelle, servizio didi un 4 stelle
Pros:

Colazione veramente buona, anche se non c'è molta scelta.

Cons:

Purtroppo sono tante le cose:
1) pulizia camera non ottimale (avevo dei ciuffi di capelli nella doccia e delle goccioline sul gabinetto);
2) alcuni dei dipendenti hanno un inglese incomprensibile;
3) posizione sopra un'altura che rende scomodo il servizio taxi/bolt (sebbene va detto che l'hotel offre una navetta che ti scende sulla strada principale);
4) regole troppo ferree nella zona piscina: un giorno eravamo seduti in 3 su una panchina da 2 (lo abbiamo fatto perchè era l'unico modo per goderci il drink tutti insieme stando a bordo piscina) e hanno fatto alzare uno dei 3, un altro giorno la mia ragazza era in costume durante l'orario dell'aperitivo e le hanno chiesto di vestirsi;
5) in generale poco inclini a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente, se non espressamente previste dalle loro regole interne (ad esempio una mattina avevo bisogno della colazione al sacco e ho dovuto quasi litigare per ottenerla, ma alla fine non ho potuto scegliere cosa prendere).

Bestes Hotel in Koh Samui
Pros:

Der Pool und das Hotel Restaurant waren atemberaubend. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück war einfach beeindruckend. Die Zimmer sind Mega geräumig großes Bett und großer Balkon. Frühstück hat einfach Mega geschmeckt. Und auch das Personal alle mega freundlich. Alles in unter 15 Minuten mit dem Roller zu erreichen. Hotel liegt auf einem Berg, jedoch mit dem Roller kein Problem. Es fährt auch ein Hotel eigener Shuttle immer hoch und runter.

Flott hotell og nydelig utsikt
Pros:

Flott hotell med nydelig utsikt. Vi hadde rom med pool access, som var helt fantastisk. God frokost samt maten de serverte i restauranten. De ansatte var alltid smilende og serviceinnstilte. Vi fikk også alltid skyss opp og med bakken når vi ønsket det mellom kl 07-23.

Der Weg dahin ist brutal steil und Grab und essensbestellungen konnten nicht bis ganz rauf kommen und man musste immer nach unten laufen

Wow, I honestly never imagined I would get this much!

First of all, the rooms are HUGE! I booked a penthouse with a private pool on the balcony, and it was worth every penny! The service is truly outstanding — every time we needed something, they were there to help us right away.

And the breakfast… WOW! It was honestly the most amazing hotel breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. The pools are beautiful and so relaxing, and the restaurant serves really, really delicious food!

And the view… OMG! The most beautiful view ever. The hotel is located on a cliff, so the scenery is absolutely breathtaking.

I genuinely highly recommend this hotel!

Just keep in mind that the hotel is located quite high up, but they have hotel shuttles running until 11 PM, so it’s really not a problem and actually very convenient.

It’s also relatively close to everything — only about a 10-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village.

One small tip: don’t leave any food open in the room, because ants will come in.

Overall, the hotel is incredibly luxurious and pampering. The beds were insanely comfortable — my girls have NEVER slept this well in their lives 😂😂

Inoubliable séjour sur cette magnifique île et dans cet hôtel
Pros:

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans de très beaux hôtels, mais celui-ci est, sans aucune hésitation, l’un des meilleurs dans lequel j’ai séjourné.

Tout était absolument parfait. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse, d’une attention et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Chaque membre de l’équipe fait tout son possible pour que le séjour soit inoubliable, toujours avec le sourire et une réelle envie de faire plaisir.

L’hôtel est magnifique et en parfaite harmonie avec l’énergie apaisante de l’île de Koh samui. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans l’ensemble de l’établissement. On sent que chaque détail est pensé avec soin.

Les équipements sont excellents et parfaitement entretenus. Au-delà des piscines, de la salle de sport et du sauna, l’hôtel offre des installations résolument modernes, parfaitement en phase avec les attentes actuelles. Les chambres sont notamment équipées de Smart TV donnant accès à des plateformes comme YouTube, Netflix ou encore Amazon Prime Video, un détail qui fait toute la différence et témoigne de l’attention portée au confort et à la sérénité des clients.

Aussi, le petit-déjeuner est un véritable moment de plaisir, avec des produits de grande qualité, une variété impressionnante et, surtout, une vue à couper le souffle. Il en va de même pour le restaurant.

L’emplacement, les services, le confort des chambres, la qualité de la literie, les installations… absolument tout a dépassé mes attentes.

Ce séjour restera gravé dans mes souvenirs, et une chose est certaine : je prévois déjà de revenir l’année prochaine. Merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir rendu cette expérience aussi exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas réellement de point négatif à relever, seulement une information pratique pour les futurs résidents : après 22h, les livreurs Grab ne peuvent pas monter jusqu’au lobby (hôtel situé dans les hauteurs de l’île) et déposent les commandes au security point, qu’il faut simplement rejoindre. Pour moi, cela reflète davantage l’attention portée à la sécurité des clients qu’une contrainte. La navette de l’hôtel permet par ailleurs de rejoindre facilement les commerces et la circulation principale en contrebas.

Beautiful views and great service.
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at Unique. Our apartment was wonderful - spacious, clean and with the most incredible views. The team at Unique were all absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful. We are in the restaurant a few times and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also amazing, with gorgeous shakes, iced coffees and a good selection of options to choose from. There are also some lovely restaurants at the bottom of the hill and it was easy to get a Grab to other beaches etc. Highly recommended.
