I asked for some ice , they told me it cost 20 Dirhams!! I suppose this is servise related to rooms.

A great stay with excellent amenities, a very comfortable bed, and an outstanding breakfast.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay overall. What we appreciated most was the spacious room and very large, comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was also very spacious, with both a bathtub and a separate shower, as well as a bidet and a handheld bidet spray. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Nice touches like a comb, toothbrush, and shower caps were already provided, and additional items such as an adapter, slippers, and a shaving kit were available on request.

Another practical detail was the universal power outlet on one side of the bed, which made charging devices very convenient. We also received a complimentary 0.5 L bottle of water every day and enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival.

Breakfast was fantastic. A chef prepared fresh eggs to order, and there was a wide selection of interesting dishes, with a noticeable Arabic influence. Everything we tried was delicious.

Cons:

The only downsides were the soundproofing from the hallway, which could have been better, and the limited storage space—there was a wardrobe in the room, but not enough room to comfortably store all belongings.

Not as per expectation.
Pros:

Basic, with same quality as 3 star.
coffee served in Paper cup at restaurant.

Cons:

Lobby cafe always nobody there. Ask to put 2 pair of slippers and bathrobe but the second bathrobe was delivered.

Lobby staff not helpful.

W pełni wyposażony apartament, bardzo czysty i przestronny. Duża łazienka i wyśmienite śniadanie. Obiekt zwierzolubny.

Cons:

Najbliższa okolica pełna ruder, śmieci
Pustych butelek po alko i nie zbieranych odchodów psów. W apartamencie 12 nie było kieliszków do wina.
