I stayed in room 605 and the staff was excellent as usual , and the hotel was wonderful

The location was good - close to the airport and not too far from many of the places we wanted to visit while in Dubai. We took an Uber to the water park and it was maybe 45-60 minutes, while the airport was a quick, 10-minute drive. Staff at the hotel were lovely and welcoming, and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Comfy beds, comfy rooms and a good value.

The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, especially Iqra, who was professional, kind, and made the experience even better. The location was convenient, the pool area was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.
The breakfast options could have been more varied, and at times the elevators took a bit long during busy hours. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable.
