Pros:

There was nothing to like about the property

Cons:

The room looks nothing like the pictures ,as soon as we walked in the room there was a roach in the corner there were nats flying around the room stains all on the wall we booked for a week and only stayed 1 days that’s how bad it was .

James is a ignorant manager who swears at the guests treats them horrible

Do not go here manager James is very rude, he told us he will not extend our stay told us we caused nothing but issues, the water always got turned off without notice, the dresser was broke my daughters finger got caught he had a issue with fixing it. He then told me my 11 year old daughter was f** rude just like that. She was hot we were walking all day just wanted to check in he didn’t tell me this until he got rude with my husband and told him of the toilet gets clogged then he will be plumbing his own sh** Horrible manager

Pros:

The maintenance staff/housekeeping was great.

Cons:

That front desk manger. The young lady was very rude and do jot understand the concept of customer service. This is why one reason why I did not stay another week. Also I had no pest and soon as the exterminator left. They came out of everywhere. I wouldn't stay here again.

I was very dissatisfied of the stay and service I received

I kind of liked it cause the area it was in

Cons:

I didn’t like some of the staff cause I got charged 250 for my child but to smoke then they told her it’s not allowed then three days later they going to tell me I have to pay 250 and she wasn’t even in the room small roaches was in the room and not the guy that checked me in and the maintenance man was very nice and helpful full but the young girl that works there I asked her to see the video of my child smoking and they couldn’t even show me a real video she took a black and white picture off the screen very unprofessional and a lot of people that stays there really be smoking in the rooms and the stairs
