For Three Bedroom Duplex Penthouse - Monthly electricity allowance at THB 20,000 per month, if exceeded will be charged at THB 7.49 net per kilowatts hours.

Monthly water supply usage is free of charge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

After 30 years of coming and going from Bangkok, I have found my new home away from home.
Pros:

Exceptional property in the heart of the central business district. Staff extremely professional and attentive. Very well appointed with fantastic gym and pool facilities.

Cons:

There were no shortcomings to my month-long stay at Magnolia’s Ratchadamiri Blvd.
