The property is a great value for what it offers. It is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and the main train station in Marrakech. The unit we stayed was spacious and furnishings were okay. The staffs are the greatest asset of this property. They are very friendly and respond to request timely. They go out of the way to help guests. They were very helpful in helping us contact our tour guide company and also connected us with a great guide who drove us out to visit the Ouzoud waterfall
The shower enclosure in our in our bathroom was poorly patched up. It was obvious the owners were aware of the enclosure leaking water on to the bathroom floor but patched it up with putty that made no difference. The bathroom definitely needs some repair. The other thing which I would recommend is having a few more options for breakfast

Hôtel nécessitant une rénovation. Le service du petit-déjeuner est décevant et l’emplacement, à proximité de travaux, rend les matinées bruyantes et peu agréables.
J'y étais il y a 5ans et c'était mieux que ca.
la proprete et le staff + Situation géographique
beacoup de bruit sur 1 ) immeuble à coté en construction (bruit des travaux à partir 8h00 du matin)
2) pour 5 etage etait catastrophique suite le bruite de vantilateur picine qui fait beaucoup de bruit pendant toute la nuit, j'arrive pas à dormir pendant toute la nuit.
3) petit déjeuné trés modeste.
Conclusion : faible Rapport qualité / Prix ( prix trés elevé par rapport d'autre hotel à Marrakech.
Appartement confortable avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin
On peut marcher a pied le long du boulevard faire ses achats facilement sans faire appel à un taxi
Dommage que le quartier soit en travaux mais l’hotel n’y peut rien
