Worst place I ever stayed. I have travelled to over 35 countries, many of them multiple times including Morocco. Appalling

Cons:

The staff eventually moved me to a better room with a working air conditioner after I complained about the issues. I appreciated that they tried to resolve the situation.

Cons:

When I checked in, the air conditioner in my room wasn’t working, and the room was extremely hot. Since the weather was very warm, this made my first night very uncomfortable. I informed the staff, but I was told to manage because the hotel was fully booked.

The next day, the 5th floor was flooded and my bathroom got flooded and started flowing into the room, and there was also flooding around the lift area. The whole floor smelled unpleasant. After I told the staff I wanted to cancel my booking, they changed my room to a better one with a working air conditioner. However, because of the flooding, the lift stopped working, and we had to use the stairs for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast could also be improved, as the selection and quality did not meet my expectations.
