Not worth the price due to poor maintenance, noise, and low quality of service.
Pros:

The hotel is located close to shops and restaurants, which was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is currently like a construction site. There is construction work right next to the entrance, which creates constant noise and dust and makes the overall experience unpleasant.
The cleanliness was poor. The internet does not work properly in the rooms because there is only one router in the hallway shared between several rooms.
The hotel is very small and poorly maintained.
Breakfast was disappointing — mostly pastries with very little choice of regular food.
It is also quite far from the Medina and the main square.
Overall, it is not worth the money.

Los trabajadores no responden a nuestra Salam! ni a nuestra queja de que hemos encontrado la cabeza de ducha rota! Y también al desayuno nadie nos ha preguntado si queremos algo y los niños querían cornflakes y cuando lo hemos pedido hemos escuchado una de cocina gritando dile de esperaaaaaar
Yo tengo alergia de polvo y en 3 Dias de estancia no han cambiado ni sabanas ni limpiado el polvo de las mesas 🫩

Un desayuno bueno y muy bien la cantidad y calidad. El personal muy amable y solícito cuando se le requiere.

Cons:

La situación. Muy lejano del centro, sobre 55 minutos caminando a la plaza Jemaa Fnaa.
Luego también les costó encontrar la dirección del Hotel a los taxistas.

Pros:

I like the services and hospitality of the staff. Rooftop restaurant was a bonus. Beautiful location, shops and facilities are at the door step.
Every day of room cleaning, breakfast was also great for the price. The apartment was spacious.
Truly loved our stay with kids.

Pros:

Kattoterassi oli upea ja siellä oli edullista ja hyvää ruokaa. Oli myös ihana henkilökunta. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja siistit.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli lähes joka aamu myöhässä. Aamisen olisi pitänyt olla valmiina klo 7:30, mutta henkilökunta alkoi vasta silloin laittamaan aamupalaa esille. Jos oli tarkempi sovittu aikataulu, aamupala jäi tämän vuoksi syömättä. Lisäksi aamupalalta puuttui astioita, joita sai aina odotella tovin. Aampalalla oli kylmä, sillä hotellin aulaa eikä alakertaa tammikuussa lämmitetty. Henkilökunnalla oli selkeästi kiire. Huone oli siisti, mutta kattilat olivat homeisen näköisiä. Lisäksi vedenkeitin oli rikki.

Hotel sale avec des odeurs dégoûtantes des égouts et de fumée de cigarette ds les couloirs et les chambres, les coussins tachés, les affaires et les poiles des locataires precedents ds les tiroirs, ds les douches, pas de savon ds les toilettes,ont a passé une nuit catastrophique.

Un appart hôtel idea pour un séjour en famille. Très bon accueil.
Pros:

Gentillesse du personnel, grands appartements. Restaurant délicieux.

Cons:

La salle de bain est un peu petite mais pas bloquant. Il y a un immeuble en travaux actuellement donc bruyant à partir de 7h00 du matin.

Appart hôtel très correct rapport qualité prix, nous avons passé un chouette séjour!
Pros:

Tout le personnel était très gentil et serviable.
L’emplacement était bien aussi pour un hôtel non placé dans la médina.
Le petit déjeuner était agréable.
Les chambres sont spacieuses pour le prix.
Le rooftop est très agréable et chouette vue!

Cons:

Les couchages étaient vraiment très durs.
L’équipement de la cuisine stricte minimum,quasi impossible de cuisiner au quotidien.
Manque de lumière et fenêtre sur l’espace à vivre cuisine salon.
Travaux tôt le matin sur l’immeuble juste à côté (mais ça l’hôtel n’y peut rien!)
