Отличное расположение квартиры. Апартаменты с старой антикварной мебелью.
Pros:

Очень большие апартаменты с отдельным входом, так же можно выйти через отель. Отличное местоположение и хороший вайфай. Старинная мебель и антураж советской квартиры!

Cons:

Очень скрипучий пол, т.к старый паркет и есть небольшой запах винтажа 😁, но это из-за общего состояния квартиры. Квартира не соответствовала фото, окна были квадратные, а не полукруглые.

Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Terrible sound insulation. Rooms are basically just above the pedestrians and the street traffic. Thin windows. Bathroom could be cleaner. Mediocre internet connection.

Die Lage ist top. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Innenstadt, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Location is super good, just a few minutes from main square. Room was very clean and stylish, everything needed was provided. Also should admit that hotel stuff, who was really helpful and offered to keep our luggage after our check out

Cons:

Taking this accommodation you should pay attention that it is very loud in the rooms. You will hear everything from the street even with closed window. So if you really need a quiet place, you may need another one as this may disturb your sleep

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral in Jerewan und gut erreichbar, auch wenn der Fußweg und die Straße komplett saniert werden. Die Ausstattung fand ich sehr schön und hatte ein heimisches Ambiente.

Cons:

Die Straße vor dem Fenster war sehr laut und die Fenster nicht sehr gut schallgedämpft, sodass man fast alles auf der Straße mitbekommen hat. Auch der Fußweg vor dem Hotel war während unseres Besuchs faktisch nicht existent, sodass der Eingang nicht sehr einladend wirkte.

No bedsheets on beds, hairs on the bedsheets they gave us, hairs on pillows, hair and blood stains on towels, broken electric plugs (which is dangerous)
