Appena arrivati ci hanno chiesto di cancellare da booking.com 4 notti, delle 5 prenotate, e di pagare direttamente il saldo, così ci avrebbero fatto uno sconto. Abbiamo rifiutato e comunicato che è altamente scorretto!
Abbiamo trovato una blatta in una delle camere.
La camera sul fronte della via era altamente rumorosa, ed essendo una via centrale si sentiva il traffico fino alle 3 di notte.
Le tende cieche della camera erano troppo corte e non riuscivano a coprire l'apertura della finestra, quindi entrava luce sia di notte che dall'alba.
Le lenzuola dei letti erano corte e appena seduti sul letto il materasso si scopriva.
L'asse di un gabinetto era rotto, e lo hanno lasciato rotto appoggiato per terra per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
Highly recommended for its unbeatable central location, if your intention is to roam around the center, specifically the Republic, North Avenue then you can consider this. Restaurants and grocery are also within reach so it is a plus sign, in fact the popular Sas fast food is just adjacent. There has been a major incident during our stay but they gave us proper attention and receive a fair compensation. We deeply appreciate the staff specifically Karen who is indeed an asset to the property.
Not that we don’t like but rather rooms to improve:
Outdated interior: The furniture, fixtures, and overall house styling feel is old
Scary layout: The family passage area is dark and unsettling
Bathroom basics: The bathroom does not include a bidet
No elevator
Keep in mind that there is no parking space at all to load or unload luggage. You have to be incredibly fast to get your bags out so you don't block traffic.
Clean good size room with comfortable bed and air-conditioning.
Very central location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Karen at reception.
Room curtains were a bit dated and didn't cover the full window.

Большой, светлый, номер с двумя комнатами, было все необходимое.
Окна выходили на очень оживленную улицу, я был готов, что может быть немного шумно, но оказалось невероятно шумно, поскольку вместо хорошего стеклопакета, который уменьшил бы шум процентов на 90, стояло что-то наподобие окон, не отрегулированное, с зазорами. Было постоянное ощущение, что окна просто открыты. Даже обычный разговор прохожих под окном был слышен так, будто окно открыто нараспашку. Из-за этого не проучилось поспать нормально.
Превосходное расположение в старом Ереване. Дом из розового туфа. В номере арка.
