Pros:

Bardzo dobra centralna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Zdecydowanie powinno być czyściej. Zapchany odpływ. Nieprzyjemny zapach z rur. Podarte ręczniki.

Unique stay!
Pros:

Cannot beat the location. It couldn’t be more central!!! I gave it a 10 for everything because we had the apartment for three. It was bigger than a presidential suite. We each had our own room. The space was huge! The decor transported you in the Soviet era. This hotel had so much character and space that any other detail was insignificant! This hotel was better than a 5 star hotel experience!

Very good location of the hotel, very friendly and polite staff

Cons:

We arrived at night, a room was booked for 4 people, in fact it turned out that there were only 2 beds. When they asked about two more, they gave us 1 pillow and said that there was nothing else, there would be tomorrow. After our bewilderment, the employees contacted another hotel, and from there they brought blankets, pillows, towels. All the bed linen is stained, very worn and with holes. Incredibly noisy room, as the windows faced the street, all night listening to the sound of motors.

успеть посмотреть Ереван за 2-3 часа после ночевки при стыковке рейсов
Pros:

центр Еревана, до площади Республики 5 минут пешком. небольшой, но дружественный отель.
удалось хорошо выспаться после ночного прилета и ожидания стыковки днем.
в номере чай, чайник.

Cons:

заказали трансфет из/в аэропорт, но при отвозке в аэропорт трансфер немного "потерялся", задержался...оказался с полным багажником, тч пришлось чемоданы располагать в салоне - не очень высокий уровень такой нужной, хоть и дополнительной (оплаченно дополнительной) услуги.

Uma estadia inesquecível
Pros:

Adorei esta estadia de três dias neste hotel com localização excelente! O quarto era magnifico, enorme e confortável! Tidos os dias tínhamos água e café e o pequeno almoço, variado e com qualidade, era trazido ao quarto à hora marcada! Recomendo vivamente!

Отличное расположение квартиры. Апартаменты с старой антикварной мебелью.
Pros:

Очень большие апартаменты с отдельным входом, так же можно выйти через отель. Отличное местоположение и хороший вайфай. Старинная мебель и антураж советской квартиры!

Cons:

Очень скрипучий пол, т.к старый паркет и есть небольшой запах винтажа 😁, но это из-за общего состояния квартиры. Квартира не соответствовала фото, окна были квадратные, а не полукруглые.
