Мы отдыхали в начале мая, все очень понравилось. Замечательный персонал.
В целом атмосфера очень приятная. Зона коворкинга - супер. Вайфай хороший, вода теплая идет нормально, перебоев нет. С балконов виден Арарат - красивый вид. Номера чистые. Ванная комната очень комфортная. Матрас на кровати - очень удобный!
Очень приятный двор при входе в отель - там же завтракать можно. Прекрасную музыку включают на фоне, солнышко светит, рядом зеленеет черешня, красные розы обвивают вход в отель. Довольно тихо, слышно, как поют птицы.
Сидела бы там и сидела) На кухне можно взять чай, сесть в теньке и наслаждаться маленьким оазисом. Также там могут сделать кофе, но платно.
Завтрак отличный, вкусный, красивый, полезный и сытный, но не супер разнообразный. Только в последний день узнала, что есть доп менююю! Теперь хочу приехать попробовать сырники)))
Некоторые в отзывах писали, что далеко от центра и улица неприятная, на которой отель находится, но мне так не показалось. Пешком идти 20 минут - для меня в радость. Проходишь рядом с парком (или через него), скверами, по дороге пьешь водичку из пулпулаков, если на улице жара. Рядом с отелем есть 2 магазина продуктовых.
Если лень идти - за 5-10 минут можно доехать до центра за 300 р.
Несмотря на некоторые минусы, я бы однозначно вернулась!

Cons:

Стоит обновить немного номера (стены почистить немного, обновить некоторые моменты - то есть сделать косметический ремонт). Ну, так было в нашем номере, остальные, может, почище.
Балконы рядышком друг с другом находятся - приходилось просить ночью разговаривать соседей потише (но так было только в первую ночь - все прислушались))

Приятный и комфортный отдых, прекрасный персонал
Pros:

Очень уютный отель! Приятные материалы, все очень хорошо сделано. Но больше все мне понравилась кровать и постель - не хотелось вылезать из кровати, комфортная пастель, приятный текстиль, это был лучший сон и отдых. Еще очень понравился дворик, как будто где-то загородом.

If you are student you could stay there
Pros:

Nice price, clean room with a/c

Cons:

1. Location should be quiet but that wasn’t - the drunk company in the garden was celebrating something until 4 am and in spite of requests to keep silence nothing was happened. The Iron Gates was closing with a bang. We couldn’t sleep both nights.
2. Room was very small for two people
3. Taxi cannot to come to the entrance and you should pass 40 meters with the baggage

Doručak prosečan. Dosta hleba a malo jaja. Nemaju švedski sto. Ali ukusan , treba više da bude za doručak.
Služe tek od 09 h ujutru, mada Jermeni tada otvaraju.

Übernachtung im 4er Schlafsaal für Frauen.
Zimmer sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett.
Die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt und einladend zum verweilen.
Duschen/WC getrennt für Männer und Frauen. Es war immer etwas frei und sauber.

Cons:

Nicht wirklich schlecht, als kleine Person evtl. wichtig zu wissen ;)
Die oberen Betten sind sehr hoch. Wenn man nicht groß ist, kommt man nicht hoch um mal etwas abzulegen; man muss immer ein, zwei Stufen auf die Leiter steigen.
Keine Leselampe am Bett.

Výborná domácí snídaně, krásně zrekonstruované ubytování. Vše bylo naprosto čisté a personál byl nápomocný, ikdyž moc neuměl anglicky. Moc děkujeme za hezkou dovolenou.
