Fijne plek om te verblijfen
Pros:

Kamer is ruim en schoon en geen last van geluiden van andere kamers. Bed is erg groot en niet super hard. En het veilig achter het het kunnen parkeren is ook fijn.

Cons:

Badkamer had wat schimmel plekken waar wel wat mee mag gedaan worden

Everything good, staff friendly and presentable, place neat, clean and quiet
Pros:

Breakfast was pefect

Cons:

On the tables, there is nothing that you can use to wipe if you spill something.
If you can have a flask of warm milk readily available.

It was horrible!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was a bit overcharged. Not value for money.

Cons:

On the reservation it was stated that arrival time will be around 12pm because I was travelling with my spouse that was just discharged from hospital. Room was not ready.
After booking in discovered that the bedding was still wet that was put on the bed. Housekeeping had to come and remove the wet/damp bedding.
The wifi was not working even the staff came to the room to assist but to jo avail.

Great service, beautiful room, the rooftop bar was the cherry on top!
Pros:

The rooftop bar / restaurant and breakfast is an amazing amenity. The property is nice and central for Bloemfontein. The room was clean, housekeeping was prompt. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The stay was okay but I will not book the hotel again.
Pros:

The deco of the hotel and its location.

Cons:

The room was not up to standard, the one curtain was falling off the track and the two curtains were closed using a wooden peg. The supper we had was not so great.
